bowl xlvii. >> super bowl xlvii champions, the baltimore ravens. >> the commander-in-chief well presents -- welcomes them to the white house. president obama rolled out the red carpet for the baltimore ravens in a ceremony on the south lawn of the executive mansion. >> and then just when it looked like they had the momentum, the lights went out. for a half-hour. but these ravens always pulled through. >> the president referenced key members of the team highlighting joe flack goes leadership on the field and the ravens win over the san francisco 49ers in super bowl xlvii. >> one of the greatest postseasons ever by a quarterback, more than 1100 passing yards, 11 touchdowns, no interceptions. i don't know about you, but i would say that qualifies as a lead.

dozens of major league baseball players, including some of the biggest stars in the game linked to performance-enhancing drugs. more on the allegations in the players who may be involved. mark? >> reporter: it's part of a baseball investigation that started in january. now the man who allegedly supplied to performance-enhancing drugs is willing to cooperate with investigators. >> reporter: anthony bosher in the miami clinic called biogenesis. before it folded, the clinic offered what it called anti- aging services. cbs news learned that he has an agreement with major league baseball to be interviewed under oath about allegations his clinic supplied performance-enhancing drugs to some of baseball's biggest stars. a baseball executive tells cbs, partial name up to 25 players, including yankees star alex -- alex rodriguez, the game's highest- paid player, and nobody really stronger, ryan braun. this was brought on tuesday night. >> i'm not answering any further questions regarding the whole situation. i've dealt with it for a long time over the last year and a half.

up the coast. wjz is live. bob is tracking tropical storm andrea. >> take a look at the latest position right at 11:00. it hasn't changed at all, just winds of 40 miles per hour, and it's moving off a little faster. north around 6 miles per hour. as a jacket, this is the hurricane center tracking. hasn't stopped. use of our region sometime late friday and it quickly moves to the east northeast. the bulk of the rain looks to be to the south east of the baltimore area. it looks like most of the activity will just stay to the south. in fact, to the east of us, let's look at the spaghetti track. there they are. you see the most of the tracks off the south east of us. it weakens as it comes over. generally tropical brainstorm for the most part for the carolinas. we giggled heavier rain down there. we could use some decent rain across eastern portions of the region here. so while we have another day of

sunshine before the storm moves in, i will let you know coming up in the full forecast. >> baltimore county police shoot a man dead. it happened early this evening just after 5:00 at the colony motel. police were called for a disturbance and found a man who had an outstanding warrant. he allegedly reach for an officer's gun in the second officer opened fire. the victims name is not being released. the officers are on administrative leave during the investigation. a school bus crash sends nine people to the hospital, including five elementary school students. the bus was taking 55 children to school this morning when it collided with a van. the five students taken to the hospital have now been released. the bus driver was given a citation for negligent driving. >> the search for survivors continues tonight in philadelphia after a break and building classes on top of the busy thrift store. rescue crews are looking for anyone trapped in the rubble.

>> reporter: crews worked frantically to rescue people trapped beneath the rubble. it took firefighters hours to reach some of the victims. >> the biggest challenge is getting people. getting them disentangle and then getting them to safety. >> a four story building in the process of being demolished. late wednesday morning it collapsed onto an adjacent salvation army thrift store. witnesses instant dashed instantly became rescuers. >> we went over to the building and said, can you hear us? say something. we try to find the people. personally, i helped pull out to. >> jordan mclaughlin says he could feel the building come down. >> it had really big aftershock. you felt that shape. there was people that actually fell over. >> ambulances rushed victims to an area hospital. crews are digging through the debris to make sure no one is still trapped.

construction zone. television news crews attacked in providence well woman transfer dogs loose on a reporter. >> the dogs are seen chasing the reported on the street and into an alley. the station says she was treated for a bite on her forearm. the dog owner was arrested on felony assault charges. the crew was attempting to do a story on a recent shooting involving the woman's daughter. >> the 15-year-old daughter of michael jackson is rushed to the hospital amid speculation that she attempted suicide. a family spokesman says pierce jackson is physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention. et reported that paris his mother told him her daughter try to take her own life. pierce jackson recently reconnected with her biological mother. katherine jackson shares guardianship of the three children along with the sinners nephew tj jackson. the children are listed as plaintiffs in a multimillion

dissemination by federal contractors. >> a special reunion for the teacher injured in the boston marathon bombings. when erica brannock left the hospital on monday, she said she wanted help finding the woman who saved her life at the finish line. as mary bubala reports, that wish came true today. >> reporter: erica and her sister went in boston waiting for the mother to cross over the finish line when the bomb went off. erica says she would've died from severe injuries were it not for a good samaritan. in all the confusion at the finish line, a compassionate stranger who she recalls having the named joan made a tourniquet out of a bill to stop her bleeding. part of her left leg was blown off in the blast and her right leg was broken. after error codes story was broadcast on cnn monday, her hero was tracked down, and today she flew to baltimore for an emotional reunion with erica. her name is amanda north from the bay area of california. >> i didn't think it would

so with another pleasant night. not quite as cool as this morning. we have the southeast winds. they bring some moisture in. clouds increase. high clouds start building. by late in the day or tomorrow evening, a good chance we see scattered showers. already some activity to the south and west. this funnel system that's going to push off to the east in some way that will actually have pushed what is left of this tropical depression by the time it reaches that region, it will be a tropical rainstorm really. so the bulk of the rain will be offshore in the carolinas. florida will get some heavier rain. they could see some tornado activity tomorrow afternoon in north florida and south georgia. the bulk of the rain right now is actually offshore. naples has only had about a half inch of rain today. although, there's have your accu's -- echoes down there. heaviest i think is in south georgia and the carolinas before most offshore. fresh clouds on increase.

scattered showers tomorrow. the front looks like a wet day everywhere, particularly along the eastern shore, and it could get quite busy. winds off the ocean near 40 or 35 miles per hour. a quick look at the radar. most of the rain offshore. the winds only 12 miles per hour. there's really no way into to deal with, even in new orleans. so it is just the general track. the national hurricane center has it south east of norfolk by late friday. quickly moving off. by the time he gets our latitude, it's really poking around 40 miles per hour. during the day tomorrow, low pressure to the west with that warmer air coming in. shower activity very likely. saturday probably leftover showers before it clears out here on sunday. southeast winds on the bay at 10 to 15. on thursday the big cap 71 degrees.
