year-old navy midshipman said she was attacked last april at a party off campus. >> i was drinking i drank a lot and i don't remember what happened i woke up the next morning with bruises, and i knew something wasn't right. >> reporter: she found out what happened on social media. >> they are telling me i had sexual interactions with people i was unaware of. >> reporter: she knows the three naval academy students, all football players who stand accused of raping her. >> i have outside witnesses the attackers bragged about it. >> reporter: she went to see a doctor and was offered a rape kit but refused she was in denial and didn't report the incident for months and delayed telling her mom. >> what do you you say. i just told her i am so sorry. >> reporter: the student said she is being made to believe it was her fault the turning point came during one of the

academy's routine sexual assault briefings where she felt all eyes on her. >> i sat in a stall and cried it just so happened there was another girl next to me crying too. fortunately we shared that same experience. >> reporter: the mother and daughter now speaking out they say because the academy has not taken the situation seriously and worry about retaliation >> i received a lot of hostility from teammates. >> reporter: the student has no plans to leave the u.s. naval academy because she does not want this incident to define her. now the academy told us in a statement sexual assault is a crime and has no place at the u.s. naval academy just as it has no place in the rest of the military. scary moments onboard a united airlines flight when a man stands up and announces everyone the plane had been poisoned. >> your life is in jeopardy. your life is in jeopardy.

investigators have determined it was in fact carbon monoxide that made residents and staff sick. now they are looking for the source. baltimore county firefighters responded to 2800 hill crest avenue just after midnight monday morning. >> came in through patient transport. >> reporter: when firefighters responded for the second time an hour later they knew something was seriously wrong so did employees who alerted authorities. >> as soon as they recognized there was a problem they called police. >> reporter: it is a group home for those with mental disabilities, residents and staff had become sick. they had carbon monoxide poisoning tests revealed levels inside the house were high. a total of 8 people, residentafter the were taken to area hospitals. >> some times you can mix two household chemicals and create a dangerous environment, some times it can be knocked over, exposed with water. >> our concern was maybe is the neighbourhood safe. was this isolated to that

deemed safe. >> i don't think we will swim there for awhile. >> reporter: while london town had the highest counts others had elevated levels several factors including waterfowl and recent heavy rain can cause increased bacteria. >> it indicates other harmful bacteria could be present that could make someone ill. >> reporter: county health leaders say high bacteria levels can lead to a list of problems. >> if you accidentally drink the walter there could be -- water there could be gastro intestinal things and it can get into open wounds and sores, and cause infection. >> when you are confronted with the actual facts, you have to say maybe not today. >> reporter: and health leaders plan to retest the waters later this week and that is when they will decide whether to lift that warning back to you.
