we will bring you more information as it comes in. short time ago, police commissioner anthony bats finally speaks out on the fiery crash, that left three people dead, outraging their families. live near the crash with more on what the commissioner is saying about the crash. derrick? >> calling it a horrific tragedy. he took this opportunity to speak out about why the department will not release more details on the investigation and what really happened that night. >> there's some issues i have, overall, about the incident that took place in kind of disturbing. >> the first time, police commissioner speaks to wjz about the fiery crash that killed three people early tuesday morning. that's when two suspects were fleeing from police officers who were trying to pull them over after witnessing a possible crime. the two suspects died when their honda slammed into a

jeep, care eg angel. she also died. the jeep's driver survived though critically injured. families want answers. were police pursuing the suspects. were they following the department's pursuit policy, allows a chase only under strict circumstances. police admit the officers followed the suspect for miles but stop short of calling it a chase. >> have a good concept on what took place right there right now. the holes and gaps, we have not talked to the officers yet. in the state of maryland, you have a strong officer bill of rights that gives them a period of time. we need to talk to -- officers talk to everyone and build the picture. >> some family members of the victims are already pointing blame. >> who do you hold responsible for the accident. >> police. because they didn't have to -- i think the police should be

the british fugitive, dubbed the white widow is wanted in connection with the 2011 terror plot in kenyon resorts. authorities are trying to establish if she played any part in the massacre in the best gate mall. tina krause, wjz "eyewitness news." >> same extremist group responsible, attack in two towns today near the somali border killing three people. two alarm fire in baltimore county, leaves many residents displaced. sky chopper over the scene. the fire started around 12:30 in the afternoon. several apartments were damaged. the red cross is helping the 27 people who were displaced when the firefighters suffered the hand injury. no other injuries were reported. the cause is under investigation. president obama visits prince jordan, to promote obama care. starting tuesday, maryland could go on-line under the affordable care act.
