and they just don't like that and so they have to complain about it. >> well, justin and emily are now happily married and that's what counts. ♪ >> deborah: couple tied the knot three months ago. and there are a lot of tears flowing on "glee" thursday night as lea michele paid tribute to the late cory monteith. her co-star and boyfriend. ♪ >> it's lea michele singing a final tribute to her late boyfriend cory monteith. on thursday night's emotionally charged episode of "glee." cory died of an accidental drug overdose in july. on the show, the death of cory's character quarterback fin hudson isn't explained but the cast mourns the loss the only way they know how. with singing. ♪ >> deborah: 7.2 million people tuned in to see the tribute that gives "glee" its highest ratings of the season.

celebrity scientologists which critics say is part therapy and part lie detector session. >> i audited tom cruise and kirstie alley. >> he has been outphone about alleged abuses within sign toll. now his wife monique filed a harassment lawsuit against the church alleging she was targeted to get even. she says the church even tried portraying her as a sexual pervert at work. >> i received a phone call from the hr supervisor saying monique, some flower just arrived and they're addressed to the receptionist with a really sexually explicit message on the card about wanting to you know be sexual with her. and it's -- says it's from you. >> actress leah remini has been subpoenaed to testify in the harassment lawsuit filed by monique against the church. actress now a contestant on "dancing with the stars" recently left the church after 30 years. >> the church is looking for me to fail so they can say to

their parishioners see what happens when you leave the church? >> she is the last person who is out of the church of scientology who had significant face time with david miscavige. >> they call the lawsuit nothing more than a pathetic get rich scheme cooked up by unemployed blogger -- they say he was removed from the church for malfeasance and has initiated a smear campaign against us. in a strange twist, marty and monique recognize the camera man we hired to videotape this interview. they say he was the same camera man allegedly hired by scientology to videotape them. >> it is a little weird being face-to-face with him. >> at the end of the interview the camera man apologize today marty and -- apologized to marty and monique. >> come on marty. got anything to say? >> deborah: attorneys for scientology also say the lawsuit has no merit and they are trying to get church leader

david miscavige dropped from the list of defendants. most people don't expect to have someone pull a gun on them and not expect it in our own driveway. an atlanta man was carjacked at gunpoint at hiss home in his own driveway and thanks to his home security cameras the attack was caught on tape. here's how it all went down. >> imagine being carjacked in your own driveway. it happened to this homeowner in atlanta and it was all captured on his home security camera. >> this guy pointed a gun to me and i got my hand up. >> real estate argument brad edmond was taking in his garbage cans when the carjacker bucked up to him dash -- walked up to him with his gun drawn. he forced him back inside his house to get them. somehow brad locked himself in the bathroom while the carjacker got the keys and made his getaway. watch what happens next. the bad guy turns out to be the world's worst driver. he only opens one-half of the

gate and when he backs out, he gets wedged. >> the one door here is stuck. he can't get out. he can't get out the passenger side. so he was actually stuck. in the car here. >> the carjacker drives back and forth damaging the car and breaking off the side view mirror. finally he gets free and takes off. fortunately, the homeowner wasn't injured but who would ever think you'd get carjacked in your own driveway? >> deborah: the car was later found abandoned nearby and police are still looking for the thief. back with more "inside edition" right after this. still to come -- the fattest dog in the world. well, look at him now. too big.

an average adult dachshund weighed about 20-pound. >> people really want to know who he is up to. >> when forare adopted obie she thought he was a basset hound. it would take at least 12 months for him to lose 50- pound. >> we're definitely not doing the boot camp approach with him. it's -- has to be pretty gradual and safe. >> now get ready for this. one year later, obie has gone from barely being able to move to a ball of energy. it's an amazing transformation. he's lost nearly 50-pound. the road to health has not been easy for him. >> good boy. >> she was take on the court by an animal rights group who claims she was keeping obie fat because she liked the media attention. a judge ruled in her favor. he even has his own facebook page with hundreds of thousands of fans. she was ms.ly surprised when the cog's weight loss -- dog's weight loss inspired people to
