a man's body was pulled from the water of round 3:30 this afternoon. no word on who he is or how he died. this comes just six days after a 58-year-old's body was found in the harbor not far from today scene. police do not suspect foul play in that case. >> a series of weekend dog attacks in baltimore county has some residents on edge. a bulletin went out, warning that two pitbulls had attacked two other dogs, killing one of them, and that a woman was attacked in the same area. she says before taking out her recycling, she checked with her next-door neighbor to make sure his three dogs were locked in the garage, but apparently his son had opened the garage door. >> the dogs headquartered isabel and i try to get them off -- the dogs had cornered isabel. their son could not help me.
