hollywood thriller, two convicted murderers serving life sentences forge documents and are released from prison. the brazen scheme unfolded in florida and a manhunt is underway for charles walker and joseph jenkins both freed within weeks of each other. the orange county sheriff's office only learned about it on tuesday. a judge says someone took his signature off a public document and electronically passed it on bogus release orders. before that phony state motions were filed to correct an illegal sentence. >> this was one enterprising way to break out of jail. in my more than 35 years in the judicial system i have never seen the state of florida file a motion to correct an illegal

sentence. >> now officials are admitting they were duped by the fraudulent orders. they don't know who did it but they are investigating. >> the department of corrections followed every procedure and protocol in place and those inmates were released. >> officials are reviewing records to see if any others followed the trick. they are believed to be in the orange county area where they have family and friends and are not believed to be traveling together. they held the alfred e. smith dinner last night. the key note speaker was steven colbert who had a lot of fun joking about the politicians especially michael bloomberg.

aggravated stalking accused of taunting rebecca sedgewick. the self-proclaimed nsa leaker says he did not take classified files with him to russia. edward snowden has been hold up in russia since he fled there in june. he says there is zero chance the russians or chinese have any other classified documents. this comes on the heels of u.s. intelligence officials saying foreign spies may have access to the files. snowden says he gave the encrypted documents to the journalists he met in hong kong. some visitors to a utah state park are in hot water after they posted video on facebookt that shows them destroying an ancient rock formation. the group of boy scout leaders are seen pushing over rocks.

they say it looked like it was about to collapse and might have hurt someone. utah state park officials, however, are not amused. they say the men can face felony destruction charges. in russia a dramatic crane collapse captured on video. video shows the crane moving what appears to be a barge when it crumbles under the massive weight. it was a close call for a worker on the ground who was just feet away when that happened. no word on if anyone was hurt. video out of washington state gives new meaning to the phrase living on the edge. a portion of the block known by locals as the end of the world gave way crashing into the pugett sound. wind, rain and gravity are eating away under the soil. the area had been temporarily

welcome back everybody. stories making news this morning. rescue teams are digging through mud looking for survivors from a landslide caused by a typhoon in japan that killed at least 24 people. dozens are still unaccounted for after the mountain side collapsed on the island 75 miles south of tokyo. disturbing new video of chaos. it shows panicked shoppers running for their lives as militants came in and started shooting. in arkansas police chase a school bus with 11 children on board. it was allegedly hijacked by 22-year-old nicholas miller. police say he had a knife when

he forced the driver off the bus and took off. he was stopped and arrested. everyone was safe. the federal government's health care market place continues having major problems with glitches on the website. at least 15 million people have visited the site but errors include duplicated enrollment, spouses reported as children and missing information. the administration says problems are being addressed and progress is being made. in michigan a wal-mart employee was fired after he tried to help a woman being attacked in the parking lot of the store. wal-mart spokesperson said while the company understood the intentions the actions violated company policy. one of the world's priceless masterpieces might be a little more exclusive. the head of vatican museum says he may limit the number of visitors allowed in to see the
