good afternoon. i'm don scott. >> i'm jessica kartalija. >> we begin with today's break breaking news from out west. two separate shootings in nevada in the northern part of the state near reno. police have investigating a shooting at sparks middle school. that and an elementary school have been evacuated and taken to a near by high school. the call became in at 7:30 mt. police have someone in custody. we will continue to monitor this situation and bring you updates as we get. the other nevada shooting was over night in las vegas where three people were hit in a. -- hit. mike schuh has the latest. >> reporter: it happened inside an after hours club inside

obama spoke about the problems with the affordable care act saying the program works but the glitches need to be fixed. >> the point is the essence of the law, the health insurance that's available to people, is is working just fine. in some cases actually it's exceeding expectations. the prices are lower than we expected. the choice is greater than we expected. the problem has been that the website that's supposed to make it easy to apply for and purchase the insurance is not working the way it should for everybody. >> white house officials admit there wasn't enough testing done for the roll out. here anne arundel county police arrested three teens who had ammo stolen from a federal air marshall. they pulled over a car driven by 18-year-old brandon shreave. in his car was 70 boxes of bullets. he faces felony theft charges.

in today's wjz health watch researchers are finding high lel offense bacteria on the breast milk available on the internet. three this four samples contain high level of bacterial growth or disease containing bacteria. the scientists say without knowing what you're getting buying it online is not the safest way to feed your baby
