marion county. we see the blue shading meaning that temperatures are at or below freezing for a few hours early in the morning tomorrow. this morning we were close to that in ocala at 36. it's up in gainesville at 32b0 in orlando started out at 44. we were at 49 this morning and cocoa beach. we rebounded a little bit. 53 in orlando and 52 in daytona beach. getting up to 63 in the afternoon high at 3 o'clock today. we will talk about when rain returns and when to expect the warmer temperatures back. all of that is in just a few minutes. trial of a jacksonville man charged in connection with martin has been delayed. the selection process was supposed to begin today but it was delayed after he waived his right to a speedy trial trial. he was dating her mother at the time of the disappearance. originally he said someone stole his car. investigators say they doubt

the jacksonville sheriff's office is conducting a search of a wooded area not far from where she was last seen. deputies are not saying if that's related to the barton case. it's part of a ongoing investigation. >>david: a teenager accused of running down a police officer is back in court. edward kelsey once again asked a judge to release him ahead of his trial but march lehman reports that the judge has issued has not issued a ruling. he was in court for today's bond hearing. with her husband by her side, william anderson shed tears as this video is played in court. jessica anderson says the dash cam video is dramatic because

the first time. there-year-old anthony dawson was arrested and booked into the jail on two counts of first-degree murder. investigators say 21-year-old kevin stanley died after being shot outside the club near the campus. the third man was also injured in they say tip led them to dawson who is a convicted felon. there is no word this morning on where andre is at this point. police say he is also wanted in relation to this attack. the mayor is said to be officially sworn in for his fourth full term. he will take the oath of office at a ceremony this afternoon. the reelected commissioner, tony ortiz will be sworn in. the event starts at 3 o'clock at the center for the performing arts. a brand-new medical center is opening its
