there was a woman and two children in the other car. two of them were also injured and taken to the hospital. take a listen to another witness that said people rushed to help. >> did you see anybody that was injured at all? >> (indiscernible) in the car. that was maybe they were crying and took her out of the car. was she trapped in the car? >> no, he wasn't. she was out and they helped them out. there was about 4-5 police officers come out. and balance was on the way. >> reporter: quite a scene for quite a while. it blocked the road for almost two hours here the good news tonight is we are told none of those injuries were serious. >> that is good news, shaun, thank you. also breaking a deadly crash

also, just in, an emotional fair well to a missing jacksonville toddler. 100s gathered for the 'em moral of lonzie barten. the boy was missing for months, but detectives believe they found hideous remains just a few days ago. >> the place is not out there. it's not in the ground anywhere. and he left at an age that is an assurance, do you hear me? without a shadow of a doubt that he is with the lord. the boyfriend of lonzie's mom is the prime suspect in the boy's disappearance. investigators say rue ban led them to the woods where the remains were found. it could take weeks for the medical examiner's office to officially confirm they belong to little lonzie. a belusha county man accused

of murder will know if he'll go to trial or wait a little longer. they asked the judge to delay his trial by 60 days. they want to give lawmakers to review a supreme court decision. the nation's top judges ruled his death unconstitutional. they object to the delay. asking to move on with the death penalty off the table. he's accusing his wife and her two kids. a belusha county judge is expected to make her decision tomorrow. the elephants of ringling brothers and barnum bailey circus will retire in just a few months. tonight they put on their shows. not everyone came out to celebrate. jennifer ortega is live. >> reporter: there are people out here protesting earlier about herding those elephants. but they say the show must go on

az was parked in the right spot at the right time to help deliver a baby. he said a car pulled up next to him inside, a woman in labor. she was able to get help until paramedics arrived. andrew coal and chad helped deliver this beautiful little girl. she was born january 8th, today she was reunited with the men and women who helped bring her into this world. so it was quite the team effort there. and yeah, he was parked in just the perfect spot for them. >> great timing. thank you sir. chief meteorologist tom sorrells joining us now. and really we've got an active 12 hours in store for us. >>yes. but this time tomorrow, the cold front should be knocking on the door. so where you live, you ought to get some rain. i'm starting to be hopeful it doesn't rock to heavily. i hope it doesn't go crazy bad. wait until you see the mod pal. you'll see exactly what i mean.

here's what's happening tonight. we have a few showers on radar. the heaviest of stuff has died out for now. during the overnight, do not be alarmed. if like 2, 3, 4 in the morning you hear rain. none of this is rotating. this is all warmer air surging back to the north. the leading side is a big pocket of low pressure way out west. tonight, few speckles of rainmaking it all the way into osceola county. then we get a break and here come s the cold front. it's all going to start to explode as that cold front knifes into all this warm air and all the moisture yo see in the gulf of mexico. future shows you what happens now to 115. the waters are really warm. still t shelf water is a little cooler. these storms look huge and monstrous. bad things are going to happen. and hits this cooler water it loses some of its moe joe during

things hopefully will go our way as time wears on. temperature readings right now, 50s and 60s everywhere. 61 in orlando. 57 in the villages and 49 in gainsvill. winds from the east about seven miles per hour in orlando. the winds will pick up the tempo during the day tomorrow too. real quick, here's hurricane alex. been a hurricane now for more than 24 hours. it's crazy. got a hurricane here in january. how's it doing tonight? well check this out. these wind speeds are still 80 miles per hour. it's over 68 watter and still super duper strong. pushing to the north at 22 miles per hour. that fast of a rate will take it all the way up north. but the faster it moves like that, it stays compact and maintains what we call angular momentum. it tightens up and speeds right along. by saturday, it should be right up here. all the way up towards green land. with wind speeds at 70 miles per hour. water mass, good thing it's nowhere near us. storms on the way though.

our cloud shield is indicative of what's going on. the warm air down here, lofting our way. this big pocket of lp. this thing is going to truck this way and come in here on top of us. it would be a crazy day. the thing's going to go this way. the power of the storm going towards atlanta and atlanta and jacksonville. it's the cold front on the bottom side of it that will cause all of our problem that is come through during the day tomorrow. mostly cloudy skies, then the thunderstorms and then for sunday, we get another cold front and we get cooler. here's what i want you to see. take a look at the television right now. here's 4 o'clock in the morning. that's calm enough, right? but by 8:00 a.m., the activities starts in marion county. the villages to ocala. here's the latest model i have and the timing of the storm system. by ten, heavy rain from daytona beach and the villages. here comes the front. it's noon now. big explosive storms are possible right along the line just close.
