did not listen to the officers orders to drop his gun? what else can you tell us? >>troy: they are saying the officers had no choice but to fire their weapons at the man when he refused to put his gun down. i also just spoke with officers and they see any video that may have captured the incident will not be released because the investigation is ongoing. orlando police say the officers responded to the courtney landing condos before 8:00 last night. they won't say why they went there. they are saying there is a suspicious incident. eric provosts met them at the put it down. , killing him. the police chief is commending his officers for their composure. a neighbor armed with a gun came outside after hearing the shots. the neighbor, a military and was not hurt , nor were the officers involved in the shooting.

we have just spoke with the orange county sheriff's office and we are in the process of going over court documents that show he was arrested one week -and-a-half ago on a warrant for stealing 88,000 out of an unlocked atm. we will have more on the case starting tonight at 4:00. >>david: thank you, troy. police are searching for it to men. they drove this car, drove it recklessly and crushed it. before they made a run for it >> orlando police say they first saw this car driving recklessly at the intersection of john young parkway in princeton. it traveled east and you can see the aftermath here. it's near orange blossom trail. this happened around 10:30 a.m. . of the vehicles were damaged after the stolen car crashed into them. the orlando police say two

suspects inside the car got out after the crash and ran off into the neighborhood. they are now looking for them. they are described as possible juveniles. people in their cars with the car plowed into them. they are okay and there are no injuries. we will be monitoring the search for the suspects. we will update you on air and online on clickorlando.com >>david: it's another chilly start to the day and it will be colder tomorrow. troy bridges is pinpointing everything. it is blustery cold out there! >>troy: it's even colder tomorrow morning and we will have a decent rebound for the next few afternoons. have a freeze warning in effect until eight p.m. for sumter county and marion county. the temperatures will drop near freezing or below for several hours.

here is weary where this morning at 34b0 for the temperature in ocala. we were at 37 this morning in palm coast and 43 in orlando. 48b0 at coco beach. here is the rebound at 49b0 . quite cold. we will need it for the rest of today at 48b0 in ocala and 46 at some of each. 53 to freeze at coco beach. you factor in the breeze and it feels like 45 in ocala and 41 at new smyrna beach. the wind will kick out gusting near 15 mph picking the temperatures feel cooler. shave four or 5b0 off of these temperatures. the afternoon high is up to 57b0. the average is 71. no rain today and tomorrow morning has temperatures in the 20s.

. two people have died in 18 more hurt . there is a bus crash in san jose california. this is videos from the scene as a highway patrol says the bus rolled onto its side during the early morning drive . it stuck on the barrier wall. they are still investigating to find out what happened. we will keep you up dated on the story. the prime suspect in the laundry barton investigation will wait three more weeks. this happened the week before the toddler was likely found. ruben has been charged with child neglect, lying to police and tampering with the evidence. on these mother was dating a boy and he pled guilty to cards of child neglect and lying to police. she has not yet in sentence. >> the man suspected of shooting a deliveryman will go before a judge. john brown was arrested last week in investigators

say they spotted him with a gun in the area off of rio grande . the man was hit with a stray bullet. he hasn't been charged with the shooting and his lawyer wants the judge to grant him a bond. they are asking that he stay behind bars. we will let you know what happened. new rules designed to help them stay out of the neighborhood will start in people are asking to be exempt from the laws. according to the sentinel b homeowners east of i4 are asking to be excluded from the changes because they have never seen a bear in their neighborhood . last month, officials passed an ordinance that would find them living west of i4 who left their trash cans unsecured. people violated could face fines. they have said there was three bear attacks in the past three years. the new rules start on the seventh. three people were forced off of a flight and we will see if they will face any charges.

governor rick scott is honoring the veterans with a service award. kiersten o'connell met with some of the men and women who are being recognized . governor rick scott is honoring 300 florida veterans today. he says these metals are just one way to get that to those who have given it all. one by one, every veteran in the room left with a shining symbol of recognition. >> it was good to shake his hand and get an award in recognition. i hope i appreciated the support . >> families came from as far north as palatka. it's everywhere in between . for some, the ceremony was more important than any award. >> it's a special brotherhood. you have to be in it to win it .
