part of the high way is shut down and it will stay that way for a few more hours. news 6's jennifer ortega is live for the scene for us tonight. general, -- jen, how does something like this happen? >> reporter: crews are working to take that sign down in the next couple minutes. the driver of that dump truck had just emptied a load at a near by construction location. and got onto i 95 with the truck bed up. and that's when they hit i four in the over pass. they're told the driver is rushed to the hospital in serious condition. now this isn't the first time something like this has happened. an 18-wheeler struck the exact spot about a month ago. and that semi actually caught fire and burned the under side of the bridge. from what we're seeing tonight, there's still smoke marks left from that wreck that happened.

northbound lanes will not reopen until 4:00 a.m. that's how long they say it'll take to clear debris and remove the signs. so if you are heading northbound in i 95, you better take another route. matt? all right. thank you. a woman died on the 408 tonight. her car collided with another dump truck. the troopers say it happened in the eastbound lanes of golden rod. they said the victim is 78-year-old. the dump truck driver was not hurt. more breaking news, deputies say a woman was just robbed and then hit by a car. video just in from forest city road. they said the driver try ed to drive away. the woman fell on thor ca. that's when she was hit by another carnot connected at all to the robbery. no word on herren condition.

>> the intercation of the mind of a man accused of murder ing a woman. police say he raped sasha and killed her inside her own home. tonight, we have the interview of officers trying to get answers. shaun chaiyabhat is live in orlando where her body was found. >> yeah, police say that suspect was a security guard here at uptown place. and now we have learned he failed a lie detecter test. >> reporter: newly released documents show the tape de -- the security guard fellowed her into her apartment, raped and killed her last october. they had mounting physical evidence like fingerprints and defensive wounds. police say he strangled her and then rolled her body in a comforter and covered it in bleach. but police wanted a confession. he agreed to take a polygraph

there was a 99.7% chance he lied on key questions like did you enter sasha's apartment that no. death? no. did you cause the death of sasha? no. and did you remove any items from sasha's apartment? no. all throughout the test, duction issues. wondering if they might skew the results. when the test ended, detectives tried to get that confession. ducks bury still denied everything. but at one point, he said obviously this doesn't look good for me. we have also learned that ducks bury says he has a juvenile record. he told police that at 15-year-old he pleaded guilty to hitting a baby-sitter in the head with a shovel. lisa? all right. shaun chaiyabhat reporting live tonight. thank you. at this hour, the mid atlantic is bracing for that

huge blizzards baring down on the eastern u.s. several states already taking emergency action. four states have already declared states of emergency. the bull's eye of this storm appears to be headed for washington, d. c. which could see more than two-feet of snow. so far, more than 1,000 flights scheduled for friday have been cancelled. at least eight major airline carriers have issued travel waivers allowing people that have flights at more than 50 airports to rebook that way they avoid getting stuck. new tonight a frohse straighting decision in a community for southern brevard county. for weeks they were on alert with coyotes spotted in the neighborhood. but they pulled its traps before catching it. sash shah explains why. >> reporter: the controversy has many people questioning, what's more important? the coyotes or the people.

some residents agreeing. >> i don't think they deserve to be killed or put down. they're just doing what they have to do to survive. >> reporter: the fwc telling news 6 they won't categorize the animals as nuisance because they are common and adaptable to their environments. but between small animals attacked and others showing up dead, many are asking what's it going to take. >> hopefully it won't take a tragedy for it to be elevated into the nuisance criteria. >> the city says the next step is now to consult with their lawyers to see what they can do about the coyote problem. reporting in indian harbor beach. today marks ten years of the disappearance of jennifer keyssy. she van-ished january 20th 4th, 2006. police, her parents, volunteers
