tonight, controversy at disney. a family says a snake bit their boy at animal kingdom. disney's response in moments. breaking news in orange county, deputies say one man was shot during a scuffle on hain's circle. that's in the neighborhood just east of semi-ron and hofer in. jennifer ortega is there. >> reporter: the scene is clear tonight on hain's circle. that wasn't the case earlier. detectives are looking for two people that took off from that home. deputies say 39-year-old jose gonzalez was outside talking in front of his home in front of a house. a passenger got out and point add begun at him. we're told gonzalez was arguing

danger one alabama family they said ruined their trip and led to their grandmother's death. his client plans to sue after their experience in the park of 2014. a large snake escaped and entered an area reserved from the general public. the snake fell onto a tree and onto biting a an eight-year-old boy. his grandmother saw what happened went into cardiac arrest and died. in an e-mail. the grandmother began having symptoms of a heart attack while at the park. went back to her hotel and died shortly there after. disney responded sharply. a spokesperson said no ambulance was ever called for the grandmother at the park. disney went onto say the boy was bitten by a nonvenomous wild snake that was not part of the collection's animals. the child was treated by a park nurse who put a band aid on the boy's finger. and then disney said the family

several others emerged with their hands up. among them ammon bundy the suspected ring leader of the militia, and five others were arrested. tire marks on football fields and trash thrown around. it's some of the more than $10,000 in damage caused in the brevard county park. our news cameras shot this video at max roads park in west melbourne. it looks like someone drove throughout the field. you can see a number of burn out marks. the damage is on three fields. they believe the damage was done morning. if you know anything about this call police. tonight world famous surfer and brevard county native kelly slater is being call ed a hero. she save ed a woman and her son in hie hie. their son van were swept off a high way in a freak wave and he says slater rushed in to save the two.
