that is a check on traffic. back to you. >> a call about shots fired ends with two people in if custody and an apartment complex near ucf covered in crime tape. the whole scene unfolded near the mercury complex south of campus off alafaya trail. deputies say when they arrived, they didn't find anyone shot. they did end up making a drug bust. they say two people were arrested but two others were able to run off. they did recover a gun, but no one was hurt. developing this morning, a new personal information safe. >> in hours, police in kissimmee will check every gas station in the city to look for skimmers after four were recently found attached to gas pumps ready to steal your personal information. mark lehman is live at one of street. police say skimmers were found at 7-eleven gas stations, what is the latest?

on why the convenience store was targeted but they have store managers on the lookout. they are taking a close look at these pumps themselves. police are concerned city wide they will be inspecting pumps across the city. >> you might stop me from coming here on a regular basis. >> the reaction from one customer after learning detectives find this credit card skimmers attached to a pump last thursday. i don't carry cash. that's what our society has become. the company carries cash. >> in the last week, investigators say four devices have been found in osceola county alone as the devices are used, police are urging customers to closely monitor their bank accounts. detectives are jumping into action.

police on the hunt for more skimmers in hopes of preventing more fraud. >> the sweep will be happening at 9:00 this morning. police are also offering suggestions on what to do if you will be paying at the pump today or in the near future. i'll give you their tips on that coming up in my report at 5:30. >> this morning, florida u.s. senator bill nelson is calling for a federal investigation into the royal caribbean cruise line after a mishap at sea left parts of the ship damaged and several passengers hurt. we brought you this yesterday after the anthem of the seas seas was in the middle of a monster storm. what is is senator nelson saying about this?

ship was anywhere near a storm near hurricane strength. >> 20 foot waves and winds over 100 miles an hour forced the anthem of the seas to make a u-turn one day after setting sail. >> passenger george says his door appeared to be lifting from the frame. >> you could hear the winds against the hull, metal twisting it was scary. >> the ship left new jersey heading to port canaveral when it got caught in a storm. this video was captured after the captain ordered people to their rooms. >> they said hold the wheelchair, so myself and others were holding the wheelchair so they wouldn't be sliding around.

responsible. rafael was hit and killed while loading up his work truck on east lake drive in casselberry in 2013. investigators say new evidence has linked 16-year-old manis to the scene. without an eyewitness putting him behind the wheel, investigators needed more before they made an arrest. yesterday troopers say the state crime lab found his blood on manis's car. before this arrest, the only one they had was careless driving violation. >> we know two ocoee police officers who were shooting at a home over the weekend were at the wrong house. they responded to a domestic violence call but police say the caller wasn't sure where she was. according to the sentinel, the dispatcher tried to track her cell phone. when officers raefd, the homeowner had a gun so they

no one was hurt but both officers are on paid leave. >> a downtown ucf campus is one step closer to reality. orlando city leaders approved plans that would basically provide millions of dollars for this project. the division is to build a campus of the so-called creative village. if all goes as planned, the location could one day serve up to 10,000 students. the agreement says the city will provide about $75 million for this project coving everything from the land to road improvements and parking. however, this is all dependent on the board of governors approving this campus and receiving state funding. party goers getting ready. >> that's because today is mardi gras. we don't have any beads today. yesterday parades rolled through new orleans ahead of today's big festive ties. fat tuesday is one of the last

that storm is expected to add several more inches of snow. so far this morning, only one flight into oia from providence has been cancelled. >> police in orlando hoping new evidence will help them find whoever shot and killed a teen. they release add sketch of one of two suspects wanted in connection to the double shooting. investigators say he is around 20 years old. they put out a security camera picture last tuesday. they say it is a silver dodge caravan. detectives say 19-year-old jacob almond and another person were injured in the shooting. almond later died. police say they don't have a sketch of the second suspect. >> according to the florida museum of natural history, there
