he admits he met with the girl but denied any sexual contact. they disagree meeting youngrice at his home, arresting him and charging him with unlawful sexual activity with a minor. >> susan richardson gave birth to the girl on monday but she is not saying what happened to the child. >> a mom is on a mission to find her daughter's killer. one year ago someone killed shelly arnold and left her body in the woods. this morning her mother is demanding justice. jennifer ortega spoke to her during a vigil.

>> a family is pleading for your help in a double murder that has gone unsolved since super bowl sunday. antonio jones and his brother were gunned down while on their way to a super bowl party in metro west. investigators say the brothers got off the elevator and that's when people showed up with guns, chased them and then shot them. >> it's not going to bring christian or shay back but we will have that peace of mind that somebody is locked up for the crime they committed. >> the family describes christian as an honor student and antonio leaves behind two young children. if you know anything about this shooting, give crime line a call. >> in brevard county, a bank robber gets busted. take a look at this video inside the community educator's credit union. he told the teller he had a weapon so she handed over stacks

all the cold weather is back to maybe even into the rockies. no big thunderstorms across the entire continental united states, but this cold front may get close enough to start influencing our monday night, tuesday and wednesday with a little chance of rain. today it's about the east and southeast winds. it continues to be mild. small craft caution. see that? see this gunk? it keeps coming our way so we have to keep an eye on that. maybe a sprinkle. don't even worry about it. here's what is going on hour by hour. 60 degrees this morning. 72 by noon and 76 -- 75 is normal. temperatures today -- everybody is in the 70s. and tonight everybody drops down to the 50s. maybe even 60 at cocoa beach.

60 degrees around brevard county. this is what is going on around the rest of the country. nobody is below zero or down in the teens. limited visibility. this is fluctuating constantly so if you hit the road be careful. if you have to go up 441 or highway 27. be careful. that will push temperatures in the 70s today. 72 by noon. 76 by 4:00. >> thank you. >> following breaking news out of orange county. orlando police are investigating a deadly crash in the area of curry ford and cimarron boulevard. the driver was pronounced dead on scene and the only occupant of that car. the road will be closed for several hours. if you are headed out you want to avoid this area. >> in lake county a high schoolteacher that has been charged with having sex with a teen is expected to face a judge today.

and what's more disturbing, police say he used his own classroom to make this happen. >> police say the 41-year-old marshall youngrice snuck behind the school last november at 1:00 in the morning, unlocking the gate and then a classroom to have sex with the underage girl. >> it is bad to see that happening now. >> the 17-year-old says she was on adult-friend finder when a girl's cross country coach messaged her and offered to pick her up. the site is known for sexual hookups. >> it's really disgusting to know an adult would do this to a young child. >> but she was a former student of the married history teach ever and still attends the school. one sophomore telling us her sister, also a past student spoke highly of youngrice. >> he was a good teacher. >> police say youngrice admits

>> also in brevard county, a stubborn fire burns for hours in cocoa. we first told you about this as breaking news at 6:00. sky news flew over the scene west of u.s. 1. we are told firefighters spent the night mopping up hot spots. no one was hurt but investigators aren't saying what started the fire. >> developing now in volusia county, that's where a mystery surrounding human remains found in two locations is still ongoing this morning. yesterday investigators said they found more human remains in the woods of the volusia county jail. a surveyor spotted the school thursday afternoon near red john road and international speedway boulevard in daytona beach. this morning they say they have suspended the search until next week saying they need better equipment to tackle the terrain. they have several missing person's cases they are looking into. >> there are a whole lot of people hoping they have the

in two locations. yesterday investigators say they found more human remains in the woods near the volusia county jail. a surveyor spotted a skull thursday afternoon near red john drive and international speedway boulevard in daytona beach. deputies suspended the search until next week saying they need better equipment to tackle the terrain. they have several missing person's cases they are looking into. >> new this morning there are a whole lot of people hoping to have the right stuff to go into space. on friday nasa got a record number of candidates for the astronaut training program. more than 18,300 applications. that's nearly three times the agency got in 2012. before that the previous record was set in 1978 when the agency got 1,000 applications. only 8-14 people will be chosen.
