counter -- >> she and her mother were in the store when steven barged in looking for money. they came back still reeling from what they experienced. >> at first i thought it was a kid playing around. then he shot off again. i ran out the door. >> police say in all, four people were shot. several folks called 911 and before officers could get on the scene, we are told stevens drove off but was tracked down by a canine a few miles away and arrested. >> i was terrified because it could have been me and my daughter. >> we went by the store to see if it was open. it is not. it is locked up. that is because witnesses say the four people shot work here. >> i hope they are ok. because they are nice people. >> police say stevens is facing several charges including four counts of attempted murder with a firearm. right now, he is in the orange county jail and expected to face a judge sometime tomorrow.

were in stable condition. one in critical. as for the suspect, police say stevens was first taken to the hospital after his arrest for possible drug intoxication. new video at 6:30 showing an intense fire fight. the flames ripped through a building on mercer road. when firefighters got there, the fire spread to the entire building. they tell us because of a lack of hydrants in the area they had to use what they call a tender shuttle. they basically fill up a bin and then they bring water to the scene that way. as far as we know, there are no major injurys. >> police looking for witnesses to an unusual crash involving a dirt bike. police say the dirt bike hit a woman walking north of silver star road, killing both of them. troy is there, trying to get answers. troy, what exactly happened?

still crime scene tape left near the intersection where the accident happened. investigators say it happened along this stretch of sidewalk at 5:30 yesterday. moments ago, we spoke to a loved one of the man believed to be riding the dirt bike. the uncle tells news 6 his nephew's greatest passion was riding his dirt bike. here are pictures from his facebook page where friends have been writing condolences since the crash. his uncle said he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. he was riding his dirt bike along powers near benson on the sidewalk somehow losing control of the bike and hitting and killing a 59-year-old woman who was just walking by. she has been identified as marie edward. foster died of injuries as well. his uncle saying he died of
