now to a new story. new allegations against a local pastor already accused of having an affair. >> this lawsuit claims he has sex with another woman a decade ago. we were the first to tell you about pastor david januariny's resignation from orlando baptist church. now just weeks later, new allegations. sashell saunders is live. and sash shell, what'd you find out? >> reporter: yeah, mat, lisa, the alleged victim of the most recent affair previously filed a lawsuit in december against orlando baptist church telling them to hand over the nondisclosure agreement that she signed. now she's filed a second suit saying orlando baptist church had been covering for their expastor in sex scandals for more than a decade. now she wants them to pay up. alleged victim said she would have never been tied up in an

central floridans are calling it a bait and switch. charged more to rent the car because they live in the sunshine state. investigator louis bolden tell us, is this true? >> reporter: well lisa, with so many tourists coming to florida, we're use ed to getting discounts for being locals. that is not the case when you come to economy car rentals. locals are charged more. when debbie's car was involved in a hit and run accident, she needed a rental car for two weeks while hearse was being repaired. she says she found a sweet deal on or bits with economy rent a car. $11 per day for 12 days. $132 or so she thought. >> that's why i picked them. it was the cheapest rate. >> reporter: when she got to

we're down to a five miles per hour wind in leesburg. in gainsvill, and even along the coast where the winds really reach in the last few days. we're down to a 14 miles per hour wind in cocoa beach. temperatures across the southeast, fifties and 40s, 40 in atlanta. close to the home you saw much cooler than that. satellite and radar here. a little bit of the crowds screeching tea where it's warm. cold front's way way off the atlantic now. the dry air really made the difference for today. come take a look. water vapor start in the morning and black. that's why today we had so much blue skies going on. tomorrow the same drill. during the day tomorrow, we don't cloud up much at all. friday at two. here's friday at eight. and virtually no difference. on saturday, a touch of cloud cover. maybe closer to the coast, but no big change is coming on. lowest night, 42 in smyrna beach, and 43 in veto.

they made their trip to the northwest so he could see his family. they were sorry for the experience and able to get the family on the new flight. now to a bald bandit, stealing some rogaine. he's been caught on several store surveillance videos taking that rogaine. he put it is items in a basket. opens them up and hides them in the clothing.
