i want to get to video from when we were opt scene and i want to tell you what we know so far. according to troopers, they say a driver hit a water supply unit in front of the double tree at 3:50. you can see through the video, the water was gushing into the sky, causing massive flooding on the roads. we know the driver who caused this mess is at the hospital. troopers tell me they are on their way over there to talk to the driver. we are back live now. ouc just came here within the last 15 minutes. it closed off the water troopers tell me they are working to clear the roads off and hopefully get this side back open. we know this has not affected the double tree water unit inside the hotel. we originally thought that was the case. hopefully everything is smooth and the road will be back open within the next 30 minutes.

the tragic scene in the town of heston. police say after the shooting two people from his car at two locations, the man went inside and started shooting high powered weapons inside. when it was over, three were dead and 14 others hurt. police shot and killed the gunman after that. the shooter was cedric ford. he worked as a painter at the plant. we have learned he is from miami. court records show he has a record in broward county for burglary and grand theft and charges of fleeing police in 2000. coworkers said they never saw any of this coming. >> he was a nice guy. everything was honky dori. didn't seem like this kind of

florida later today. president obama is making a stop in jacksonville. this trip is sure to spark some debate over the success of the president's stimulus package t. president will visit a plant and he is expected to speak about decisions he made during his first term to help america climb out of its financial crisis. >> in brevard county, a young boy is in the hospital after a car hit him while he was riding his bicycle. >> firefighters say the driver took off. it happened late last night on alpine lane north of state road 50 in titusville. kirsten, police think they may have found the driver now. >> yeah, the latheup date we have is from titusville fire and rescue. the crews that responded yesterday. it is from their facebook page. they say police were able to find the driver and the car that hit this 8-year-old in this intersection behind us. when we called police dispatch.

details on who that person is in a few hours. let's give you a look at what crews found when they got here. this is a picture they posted on their facebook of the bike that 8-year-old boy was riding when titusville fire said he was hit at 6:00 last night. by the time this photos was snapped the driver who hit the kid was long gone. emergency crews say the boy was conscience but did have a head injury and needed to be air lifted to arnold palmer hospital. this all happened at the intersection of alpine. we are blocks from cocina elementary. some of the comments where this happened were concerns about the child. one person even asking if he was a student at that elementary school. those are some of the questions we'll ask the public information officer as soon as we get a call back from the titusville police department. we'll continue to reach out to them and we'll have another update in 30 minutes.

working to learn the identity of the man killed in another crash in titusville last night. police tell news 6 that happened on cheney highway. officers say the victim was hit by an s.u.v. and pronounced dead at the scene. investigators haven't said what led to the crash, only that an investigation is under way. >> we know two people are in custody after a man is attacked outside a busy mall. the search is on for two more dangerous suspects. they are accused of holding a gun to the victim's head and demanding his shoes, his cell phone and his wallet. that attack happened wednesday night near the steak and shake near the altamonte mall. the four suspects let this victim go and took off in a stolen car. so far, investigators have not released any information about those other two suspects they are still trying to find.
