parking lot of an apartment complex. this is video just coming in from the scene. officers later pronounced the man dead from a gunshot wound. right now we're working to get more information. right now officers are only calling this a suspicious death. >> now to our other top story, a 2-month-old baby is safe here in central florida. that baby went missing yesterday after armed intruders took her that prompted an amber alert. as amanda castro tells us, investigators are trying to figure out how the little girl ended up here all the way from south florida. >> the baby was found alive and safe.

how she got her. >> kent found abandoned, but alive in unincorporated orange county saturday night. investigators are trying to figure out how she got her. she was kidnapped from her fort lauderdale home. armed suspects broke in saturday night about 11:00. they took the infant while she was sleeping with her mother. amber alert pinged on smart phones. all in an effort to find the missing baby. >> that's scary. because you don't know the motive or what is going to happen to them. >> investigators say the suspect drove off in a nissan with stephanie augustine. they say she's a cousin of terahi's mother. they found the car saturday afternoon in fort pierce. they say she is talking to detectives.
