girlfriend natosha quigley and her three-year-old son were found to 12th in flemings bird, kentucky after bullock walked away from a work-release program. according to deputies, the boy was taken into protective custody until his family could take care of him. video showing deputies tracking down a stolen pickup truck and the driver and passenger inside they say were just 15 years old. >> accomplice surrounded, car stopped. >> erik: deputy spotted the stolen truck in cocoa and they followed it. they're facing felony theft and fleeing. developing, seminole county detective searching for a killer after officers found the body of a man with gunshot wounds in the middle of an apartment complex parking lot. police swarmed the lotus landing complex around 9:00 last night. neighbors reported seeing a man laying in the lot. investigator spent all night

clues and talking to people who live nearby, but they are asking anyone who knows how this man died to call them at the crimeline. the number is one 804 23-tips. a second person has been arrested for the kidnapping of a baby girl that sparked a statewide manhunt and two amber alerts. we're learning both suspects are related to the baby's mother. we just got a new mug shot of stephanie augustine. that is a woman police named as a person of interest and she is facing a bunch of charges including child abuse, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and kidnapping. police also arrested a 14-year-old boy who lives in miami. deputies say the teen was armed with a gun the night of the home invasion friday. both are cousins. augustine is a cousin of the baby's mother. police tell us they found the two month old baby safe.

as we head through the night, clear skies with temperatures in the low 50s. around the north and west, cooler. and army start sergeant murdered his wife and shot the police officers killing this one, a former student here in central florida. we are learning it was a first day on the job. bagpipes, candles, and prayers were part of the memorial for officer ashley guindon killed in the line of duty in virginia. we found out is a graduate. officers were responding to a domestic dispute 30 miles outside washington, dc. police arrested ronald hamilton

you see number of deputies surrounding the car burglary suspect. deputies say the helicopter never lost sight as officers tracked him down. you so they brought in a k-9. also, accused florida shoplifter confronting a department store employee and pasco county sheriff's deputy. the entire exchange is recorded by a body camera. you see what happens next. this is tiffany tebow leaving the bells department store. a loss prevention worker confronts her about items she may have stolen. the deputy asks tivo to go back inside the store. they struggle and she ends up on the ground. >> put your hands behind your back. i'm going to put you on the ground.

>> stop resisting me! >> you look at the whole account in the deputy did an outstanding job. pasco county sheriff said the deputy handled the situation as best he could. he also says the suspect has been arrested many times before for drugs and shoplifting charges. we owe all of you a huge thank you for making last night's effort to end homelessness a huge success. we really got results. the numbers are still coming in. during the solar bears game, together we raised close to $10,000. the solar bears donate one dollar for every social media post with the hashtag, rethink homelessness. almost 3000 of those. news 6 was proud to write a check for $5000 to the commission on homelessness, which is the group putting the homeless into houses. it is called housing first. almost all chronically homeless vets have been moved off the streets and into homes. as soon as we get the total number of dollars raised we will bring it to you.

march is just around the corner. >> elizabeth: tuesday, of officially. typically, by the end of february, we are phasing it out. of days between now and late april when it's nearly 90 that sort of remind us that winter is not officially over, but it seems like we are moving in that direction, especially with the forecast for the next several days. this weekend, we did have a couple cold starts, yesterday an and today, a few locations with early morning temperatures in the 30s. that is going away. we will not see any of it for six or seven days. high-pressure in control as we head into the start of the work week. it is going to keep things nice and mild. we were in the 60s for highs yesterday.

tomorrow, we will get close to the 80 degree mark. we will see more of an onshore flow. that kept you a little cooler at the volusia county coastline. your highs were only in the mid and upper 60s today. the way this works is in the wintertime when the water temperatures are cooler and the wind is coming off the atlantic, it helps keep things chillier along the immediate coast. didn't have a big impact on you and brevard county. temperatures there this morning in the 70s. 72 in ocala. the normal is 76. we are running below average. right now, 52 in the villages. 57 in leesburg. 58 in orlando. palm coast, 48. 52, daytona. mid-60s cocoa beach. the wind has backed down co considerably. most locations reporting come to light wind.
