that driver is being held without bond. >> she won't be getting out before seeing a judge. this morning, we are learning more about her and the driver troopers say she killed. take a look, this is 27-year-old cynthia. she is being charged with fleeing and driving with a revoked license. troopers say a deputy tried to pull st. peer over for peeding but she took off after the deputy stopped her, deputies say st. peer ran a red light and crashed into a car drifg by cody garett. the impact killed the 23-year-old. we learned he was a father to a little girl. his family has been turning to the social media site to remember him. his father writing life is never be the same after losing his son. now for the driver who troopers say killed garett. we are learning more about her. we found that she is not only

but she has a long history of traffic violations. i print out a few of them. right now, i'm going through these. i'll have more on what these traffic violations are in my next report coming up at 5:30. >> developing right now, a 2-month-old baby abducted is back with her family after being found in orange county. this little girl was at the center of a state-wide amber alert this past weekend. johnny is following all of the new developments and he joins us in the studio. we don't know why she allegedly took that girl. there are questions about the timeline and how this played out. we know this woman and her 14-year-old cousin are in custody and facing charges. the ordeal started friday night. that's when deputies say 23-year-old stephanie along with a 14-year-old forced their way

was staying and then abducted 2-month-old toraji kemp. that prompted the amber alert. many people of you woke up when the amber alert was sent to people's phones. later saturday afternoon, augustine and the 14-year-old was pulled over after being spod. deputies say they were on their way back to south florida after coming to orange county where augustine has an apartment. deputy say within a couple of hours they were able to find the baby abandon. they won't tell us where the discovery was made. investigators in both counties saying the investigation is ongoing. >> our investigators are working closely with the parents. they are talking with the parents and other people in the home. >> we know this morning the baby is ok. we are told after a night in the hospital, she was reunited with family yesterday.

outside the supermarket in east town center plaza. a witness record seeing the sedan possibly missing part of its front bumper. that volkswagen had florida tag n913qi. if you recognize the car or know anything about this. in brevard county, working to find out the name of a bicyclist crashed. it happened yesterday along u.s. 1 in rockledge. troopers say a man on a bicycle driving south after veering into traffic from the right shoulder. detectives say the biker died right at the scene and the crash is being investigated. >> the latest round of standardized testing begins for thousands of students. this year, the department of education hopes for a smoother run with it. you may remember last year's test were plagued with problems, everything from logging onto a cyberattack that caused widespread disruption.

we'll run down the details at the bottom of the hour. >> deputies tracking down suspects they say are only 15 years old. deputies first spotted the stolen truck at a gas station yesterday and followed it all the way to rockledge. the teens inside the pickup gave up. they are now facing felony theft and fleeing charges. >> a pilot and passenger recovering after their plane was forced to make a crash landing in the middle of a busy roadway. police in gainesville say just afternoon the single engine crash landed on a road near the airport. the pilot 61-year-old warlt amen reported a fire in the cockpit. they are expected to be ok. the road had to be blocked off as investigators cleaned up debris. police say the plane is registered in scottsdale, arizona. >> it is going to have some people paying more to visit the parks. over the weekend, park reps
