>> she has had several run-ins with them. this is a few of a long list of traffic violations. i'll get to that in a bit. i want to show you who we are talking about. this is the booking photo. she is charged with vehicular homicide, fleeing and driving with a revoked license early yesterday morning. police say she sped away from a deputy who was trying to pull her over for speeding. she ran a red light and slammed into a car driven by garett. as for the driver, we found a long his of traffic violations since 2005 she has been cited for careless driving, speeding, fleeing and alluding, red light

she is awaiting trial from an incident when she was pulled over and fled from a deputy in that case. according to what troopers are saying saying. we are learning more about her. we know she is being held on no bond and scheduled to appear before a judge later this morning. we'll be here when that happens. as soon as we learn anything new, we'll pass the information along to you right here. >> an escaped inmate are set to go before a judge. weeks after they were tracked down. the pair along with quigley's 3-year-old son. they say he cut off his ankle monitor. the toddler with them is now in the care of family members. >> the army sergeant accused of killing a police officer is set

>> we are learning new details about that officer's ties to central florida. johnny fernandez is here following the developments in the story. the details on this are heart breaking. >> this is what ashley gwendon's car looks like. it is covered in flowers. after she was gunned down during a call on her first day on patrol. we know those people all the way from virginia to central florida are in mourning. >> bag pipes, candles and prayers were part of a moral for officer ashley gwendon last night. >> in honor of ashley, it would discredit her memory if we did anything but that.

responding to a call 30 miles outside washington, d.c. that's when investigators say 32-year-old ronald hamilton, an active duty officer opened fire on officers after shooting and killing his wife. >> it was scary. i heard the shots back to back. >> gwendon was just sworn in friday. this picture was posted to the department's twitter page, welcoming her and another officer with the words be safe. >> we know gwendon graduated with a degree in aero naughtics. the school released a statement saying the entire embry riddle community is saddened to learn of the dwet of ashley gwendon. it goes onto say her hearts are with her family and friends. the suspect in this is set to face a judge later today. of course, we'll let you know what happens as soon as we get

>> right now, the search is on in seminole county to find the person responsible for shooting and killing a man outside an apartment complex. it happened at the lotus landing apartments off 434. police say when they got there, they found the victim on the ground in the parking lot. officers haven't released any information about possible suspects or the victim's name. if you have information to help with the investigation, call the crimeline number -- 1-800-423-tips. >> in brevard county, we are waiting to learn when a long time basketball coach will be brought back to florida after being arrested in texas over the weekend. 51-year-old david white is accused of molesting a child. he is a coach with the palm bay youth basketball league. investigators say he would frequently have sleepovers at his house. white is currently being held in texas on a $750,000 bond.

fight against heroin continues in central florida as leaders will gather for an orange county task force meeting. last week, a two-year investigation between federal, state and local agencies busted a drug trafficking ring that sold heroin to locals. the orange county medical center will present numbers of heroin related overdose deaths. >> a week after a worker was killed, crews resumed work and they are expected to be back by the end of this week. it comes after the death of marvin franklin. he was killed last wednesday when a dump truck hit him. i-4 is currently undergoing a 21 mile makeover that is expected to take six years to complete. >> it was a night full of surprises and firsts at the 88th academy awards. >> and an upset win might have

>> everybody loved and adored the pastor. >> very sad here. the detectives haven't come out with the reason for the shooting. daniel schooler is expected to appear in court later today to face murder charges. >> we are waiting to learn if a woman arrested in connection with a scare will face changes. it happened friday night at the theatre on hibiscus avenue. an employee found a bag with writing on it in the women's rest room. dawn coughlin was arrested after police released this video from the theatre lobby. a bomb squad was called in to check out that package. about 150 people had to be evacuated from the theatre. >> there is more trouble for royal caribbean anthem of the seas. the cruise ship is heading back to port amid a possible noro virus outbreak. the cruise line is not releasing any information about this issue
