arrest made in a hit and run involving a child . hall >> i am bridget ellison >> a 73-year-old man was charged with and leaving the scene. personal, is live outside of brevard county jail. what can you tell us about the driver? >> titusville police say the driver himself was in the hospital since the crash last week. he is sitting here in the brevard county jail. we have a first look at the 73-year-old , thomas clyde well. he is charged with leaving the scene of the crash with injury. the crash happened last week with an eight-year-old was riding his bike come from school on all prime lane. they posted a picture of the pipe on like on the facebook page and had to airlift the boy to arnold palmer hospital. the family says the boy is okay but neighbors who saw the crash say the white van came back after hitting him and then left a second time.
