neglect and lying to police. legal experts say she releases new information about her son's death today. she has already been sentenced to 20 years in prison. for the death of a little laundry. orlando police are searching for answers after a 22-year-old man was found dead at an apartment complex. it happened at the cypress point apartments underside drive west of the john young parkway. it was at the orange blossom trail intersection. the body was found around the 30 p.m. officers were called to the apartment after reports of the shooting. so far, they haven't said how he died. investigation was turned over to the homicide unit and will let you know as soon as we know more >> the man is dead after he was hit and killed by a pickup truck. the 20-year-old man into the eastbound lane of colonial drive . it's right in front of the pickup truck. a second vehicle hit the man

daily goes in depth with all the investigations. that's followed at 4:00. it's back to the drawing board. daytona beach and county leaders could not agree on the ongoing homeless problem. homeless people camped out in front of the building for the council proposing a plan to house the homeless.now the us usd4 million proposal to buy land and build a shelter is off the table. they sent a letter proposing to only spend 400,000 per year for the next five years to operate the facility. the the county says it's looking into other options on how to spend the money. seven recommendations including a temporary shelter with workgroups to provide services and a crisis response emergency shelter were all mentioned. as of right now, the decision has been made.

to penalties for being caught with marijuana. deputies will now have the option to find offenders or send them to jail. county commissioners unanimously voted to allow usd100 citations for small amounts of marijuana. the citations are up to the deputy's discretion and there is a catch. it applies to people caught with pot on the beach and in areas of the county. cities will be allowed to adopt the same law if they choose. it said to go into effect on april 1. after a long wait, they will finally return to action to kick off the 2016 season. it's at the citrus bowl. the lines are coming off of a roller coaster. it's an inaugural season just missing and grabbing the final playoff spot . the team is kicking off its
