racked up two wins so far. as for florida senator marco rubio, a shut out. not only has he not won snow states tonight, he might not pick up a single delegate. beating ted cruz by double digits. rubio wasn't close getting 5% of the vote. and it wasn't better for rubio up north. trump came out in front and thanked rubio tonight. marco helped me a lot because he called ted a liar. he said you're a liar. that's the first time. look, i know politicians better than anybody. they're liars. they're serious liars. more importantly, they'll never get you to the promise land. ever. they'll never get you to the promise land. they won't do it. because they're controlled by the special interests. split decision for the democrats so far tonight. hillary clinton won mississippi as soon as the polls closed. it is neck in neck, bernie sanders with a slight lead. it is still too close to call.

look and see if any device is on there. >> reporter: the police chief sending out a warning on social media for folks to check their credit card statements after gas station workers at the mobile on mitchel ham might be found a skimmer on pump ten. >> i'd rather deal inside and deal with a cashier, i've got more trust with them. >> reporter: as fast as they're taken down, another one pops up. there have been at least a half dozen incidents reported in weeks. the skimmers placed perfectly on top of the card swiper. most don't recognize it. >> they're all different. so it's like how do you know? >> reporter: the masked credit card number thefts have prompted lawmakers to take action. one forcing gas stations to install security devices on pumps. the other making stiffer penalties for thieves. and also making it easier to charge them with felonies. >> i feel bad for the people that get caught up in that and become a victim. you know?

work hard for their money. those bills will be waiting on the governor's desk to be fined. as far as if the skimmer is found here, police chief is saying to check your credit card statements. if you use this gas station within the last five days. reporting live. sashell saunders news 6. thank you. and just hours now, this man will face a judge for murder. melbourne police believe john lieu ca beat another man outside a restaurant after the superbowl. the victim was found in the parking lot. he's charged with second degree murder. tonight it is up to governor scott to end permanent alimony. lawmakers passed a bill to end it. the length of the marriage and the spouse's income will help determine the amount and the number of alimony payments. it urges judges to consider equal timesharing. and in 2013, scott vetoed a similar bill. the governor has not said if he will sign this new version.

caught on camera, a smash and grab. they took off with the atm. detectives believe the crooks knew the lay out and fully prepared to pull the machine, which was bolted to the floor. after watching the video, they found the license plates on the truck were switched. the thieves have not been caught. tonight two volunteer firefighters have been credited with save ing a girl's life. but their actions have gotten them suspended. >> ten out of ten times i would do the same thing. here's how it went down. captain james kelly responded to a call for an 18 month girl. he found the child standing in the middle of the road. he called dispatchers and told the first unit was 12-15 miles away. he put the little girl in the fire truck and took her to the hospital himself. that night he found out he and his fellow firefighter were placed on leave. you're not supposed to take
