eastbound ride, turnpike over to 408, only taking you a quick five-minute trip. expressway also checking out fine either direction, getting ready to head out the door. a live look at i-4, sleepy still. that is your check on traffic. back to you. >> now to breaking news in downtown orlando where police are on the scene of a shooting. it happened in the last few hours on pine street near orange. news 6 reporter kirsten is there live. do we know what happened out there at this point? >> police tell us this all seems to have started because of a fight. detectives are still out here searching for evidence. they are placing evidence markers. they had to move away from this crime tape because there was a stray bullet they were investigating. let's give you a look at the chaos. when we pulled up, police were interviewing witnesses.

the street. one man heard the gun shots from down the street. he saw a man on the ground. >> i saw him on the ground. he was bleeding. that 26-year-old man hasn't been identified by police. the orlando watch commander said he was taken to the hospital. he is expected to be ok. what police are doing to catch that gun minnesota. we'll post updates on clickorlando.com, powered by news 6. >> more breaking news, this time we are talking about volusia county where a motorcycle crash shuts down i-4. things got more scare after a deputy responding to the scene was also hit. that crash happened this morning

dirkson drive exit. johnny, you just got an update from deputies. what more can you tell us at this point? >> we know this morning that the deputy, he is ok. he was not hurt. a motorcycle driver was hurt, he had to be taken to the hospital. this crash happened in the last a couple of hours in the eastbound lanes. now troopers tell me after that crash, a deputy had pulled over to help out the driver -- helping the driver when a car rammed into the deputy's car. the deputy was not inside the car at time of the crash. all eastbound lanes were closed because of the accident. we are in the middle of bike week with thousands of bikers in town. but at this point, we don't know if the driver was heading to daytona beach. i'm going to be reaching back out to deputies and to troopers to try to get an update on the story.

pass it on air and online. now let's move to election 2016. there is a big surprise in the white house race. >> it was another big night for donald trump. but this morning, bernie sanders celebrating a big win here. mark lehman joins us from the news room with a breakdown of these results and reaction as the florida primary inches closer. >> they call it supertuesday, another night with a lot on the line. first let's start with the republicans. that's where voters were heading to the polls. we are talking about michigan, mississippi, idaho and hawaii. it was another big night for donald trump. he took three of those four states including hawaii. news was breaking overnight. the big surprise of the night came on the democratic side and that's specifically in michigan where bernie sanders defied a majority of the polling showing him trailing by 20 points. he took home the win over hillary clinton. that could give a big boost to

it was all smiles for bernie sanders pulling off a surprising upset in michigan. hillary clinton was expected to win big. the voters had other ideas. >> i want to take this opportunity to thank the people of michigan who kind of repewed yated the polls. >> in mississippi, hill clinton took the only other state holding a democratic primary. >> i want to be the president for the struggling and the striving, for people -- >> for republicans, exit polls showed voters wanted change. donald trump taking those states as well as hawaii. >> we have something going that is so good. we should grab each other and we should unify the party and nobody is going to beat us. >> in all, more than 300 delegates were up for grabs in tuesday's races. >> in case you are wondering

count, hillary clinton still holds a big lead with 1200 delegates but the win gives bernie sanders 600 delegates. still a lot of ground to make up. it was not a good night for marco rubio. i'll tell you what his losses in those four states means for his campaign coming up at the bottom of the hour. >> the democratics set to debate tonight ahead of the primary tuesday. ginger will be there. she'll have a complete wrap for you tonight on news 6 at 11:00. >> a wild ride in a stolen car ends with three teens being arrested. troopers say the teens crashed into a tree along markham woods road. troopers were trying to stop them after spotting the group speeding. investigators say all three teenagers tried to run away after the crash but they were all tracked down and arrest. >> in seminole county working

crash that ended with this car flipped over in winter springs. fortunately we are told the woman inside was ok. so far, no other details have been released to us. >> a convicted sex offender is back behind bars. this time accused of exposing himself at an apartment complex. a judge set the bond at $1,600 for julius cooper. deputies say on monday cooper was walking around the cottages naked. even in his mug shot, you can see he didn't have a shirt on. we did digging and found cooper was already on the state's sex offender registry for sex charges involving a child in the '90s. >> the magic continue their west coast swing when they played the lakers. the lakers coming off this game with a shocking victory warriors.

temporarily closed after one of its workers was diagnosed with noro virus and other workers could be sick. clean-up crews arrived at the restaurant with sanitation supplies yesterday. the restaurant closed tuesday after four employees called out sec. chipotle as you may remember has been in the spotlight after an e. coli outbreak and still loyal customers say they will be back. >> they are a great company. we love them. we come here all the time. go to the one in framingham all the time. >> the restaurant in massachusetts will be closed until at least the end of the week while infected employees won't be allowed back until they have been symptom free. >> a mayor being advised not to take a trip that is getting his national attention. he is planning from rafting from cuba to key west.

in a bit, we'll be seeing that. here's the way it looks as we show you temperatures. it is cool but not as cool as yesterday. you may want a light jacket in far northern zones. it is 56 degrees in palm coast. it is 60 degrees in daytona beach. 69, almost 70 is the temperature starting out in cocoa beach. it is 63 in orlando. 63 in ocala. 64 in leesburg. area wide, fairly mild considering yesterday's temperatures in the 40's in spots. here's the look at the pinpoint accurate forecast. notice the sky as we take you through downtown orlando, into the afternoon. blue sky, sunshine, a few high thin clouds. warming quickly with plenty of sunshine to 80 degrees at lunchtime. we are all the way up to 84 degrees at 4:00. the average afternoon high in orlando is 76. we are going well above it into the mid 80's in spots.
