around 11:00 last night of shots fired at the silver hills apartment complex in orlando. when they arrived they found the 33- year- old man lying dead in the parking lot. at this point no details on the suspects and the name of the victim has not been released. the investigation is ongoing. even more breaking news. this time in volusia county. the florida highway patrol is investigating a deadly crash. a deadly car versus pedestrian crash. it happened at u.s. 1 near i- 95 in ormond beach. we' re told the driver did stay at the scene. we' re working to get more information and we' ll pass along the latest updates once we know more. now to the race for the white house. with just two days until the prime easier, the campaign trail is being overshadowed by donald trump' s increasingly controversial and violent rallies. meanwhile two of his contenders scored victories yesterday. ted cruz took most delegates in wyoming and senator marco rubio won washington d.c.. it' s just his third victory in the race for the white house. rubio is trying to gain ground

the turn lane when the car hit him. investigators found that car abandoned 30 minutes later and still looking for the driver. if you have any information, call crime line. in orange county, we now know the name of the man killed we' re told sean ware died after shot him. it happened at the moem on east 13th street. paramedics rushed him to the hospital where he later died from his injuries. they say williams cooperated with the investigation and gave a statement. so far no arrests have been made. now to flagler count wre this morning a burger king employee is accused of robbing his own restaurant. deputies say dwight lanfare was wearing a mask when he forced his manager to empty the safe at the burger king at flagler plaza. they found him sitting on the bike in the parking lot and when they searched him noticed the mask. he' s now facing robbery charges. yesterday central florida' s good weather and a good cause brought out hundreds of folks

deputy was recognized for rescuing a kitten from a storm drain. he also helped start a program to help locate missing adults and children. now to alaska where this morning authorities say they' ve arrested a man accused of intentionally rushing into the sled race. it killed 1 doing and injured two others. demoski is arrested on sespugz of assault, reckless driving and 6 counts of criminal mischief. the 26- year- old confessed to hitting the doing teams with the snowmobile but says he was drunk at the time and is now apologizing. the crash is under investigation. now to the recall alert for pet owners. issuing a voluntary recall for the number of the wet dog food products. the company says quality tests showed some of the 10- ounce cans of wet dog food may not contain the recommended levels
