coming out of the south. 10 in indianapolis. it's not very breesy. just a light rain am coulding from the south. and that's where the air is coming from. 54 in jackson and eastern kentucky. that's 5-10 degrees warmer this time yesterday. it's something to keep in mind. we're well above average. it's not going anywhere anytime soon. in cincinnati, the clouds are moving in overnight tonight. the rain moves in after 1:00 a.m., especially for the morning commute tomorrow. then it gets spotty as we go to the afternoon hours. hit and miss. it won't be a washout of a friday whatsoever. if you're not going out in the evening, it's not going to be too bad. most of us staying dry. that's round one. round two is to the south and west. you go back to northern arkansas. you see the band of rain swaying on through. that's what's going to move in for the bengals game. we have a lot of clouds around.

especially in the evening. you see the little bit of blue in the western end, that's what's going to be pushing as we get towards sunday. we go from 50s and rain, to a few snowflakes on sunday. this is what it looks like for the bengals game. unfortunately, hit and miss showers. some could be heavy at times. temperatures are in the 40s. if you're tailgating, it will be a little warmer out. and 51 degrees on saturday. that's a high temperature. on sunday, we start out in the morning with temperatures around 35 degrees. we have changes of rain to snow showers. i don't think it will amount too much. it will be light. the ground will be warm. something at most, we see a dusting on grassy and elevated surfaces. that could be kind of tricky when we were transitioning from rain to snow. we will have updates to that. low temperatures by sunday night. 17 degrees. so we're getting back into the teens. we've seen it a couple of times

we have some more to go. 36 degrees on sunday, falling to 29 degrees by monday. we start to see a little bit more sunshine as well. we have another storm system on tuesday. that looks fairly light with a few flurries from time to time. and as we go to wednesday, that's when we have the coldest day in the planning forecast, around 25 degrees. if you notice the low, right around 15, not near record lotion. it's fairly typical for this time of year much we're not used to those kind of temperatures. >> we have not been typical. >> what are we looking? tuesday, it's the record day. we're going to pass unmeasurables. you're not going to get an unmeasurable snow on tuesday, are we. >> you are right. we have not had measurable snowfall this season. there's only a couple winters where we've done that. the rainfalls, it doesn't look too high which is good because

larry moore, local 12 news. it's a little more than a year ago, when emily olson committed suicide. her parents filed a lawsuit saying she was being bullied. that led to her taking her own life. the lawsuit maintains the district knew about the bullying but didn't stop it. fairfield district said they will defend the district appropriately. hoover boards had problem. now they are banned from the university. and they will have a criminal investigation now.

he ripped his license plate and took off. if you have any information, call crimestoppers, 352-3040. you never have to give your name. a mother of a fugitive teen who used the affluenza defense after killing four people in a drunk driving crash has arrived in a north texas jail. tanya couch arrived in the tarrant county jail in august. she's expected to be arraigned this afternoon. her son ethan couch remains in a holding facility in mexico city. authorities believe she and her son fled, as couch violating the probation in the 2013 drunk driving charge. and couch was cotled by his parents. a condition which they call affluenza. we have seen a little bit of the cold and we may see a little warm.
