this afternoon in serious condition. that has not changed, at least no new update has been provided on his condition. right now detectives, they're relying on a witness and surveillance video, hoping to lead them to the killer. . >> reporter: it was a bloody scene outside the ameri--stop on compton road according to police. a man walked up to the red pontiac and started shooting into the car, injurying one man and killing another. a third man was uninjured in the shooting. >> we know the person ran over into this area, whether he got into another vehicle and left or what exactly occurred still remains to be determined. >> a perimeter was briefly set up around the corner from the food mart, but the suspect wasn't counseled. >> we don't believe that they pose a threat at this point in time, we think it was directly related to those three individuals in that vehicle. but we have a guy with a gun running around, that's obviously not scared to use it. and so that is of can concern to us, and we definitely want to

crimestoppers. that number is 352-3040. last night's bengals game against the steelers was ugly, it brought many people's emotions to a broiling point both on and off the field. at least six arrests were made at paul brown stadium. take a look. according to court documents, 33-year-old martin cook hit another man. the germantown kentucky man is also accused of exposing himself and urinating on another person in public. 25-year-old david grillo faces a misdemeanor assault charge. court documents indicate officers saw the pennsylvania man throw a beer can into the stands and hit a man in the forehead, causing a cut. 29-year-old phillip gruff is accused of head-butting a person in the face during the game. 20-year-old tyler matthews is accused of hoytting a man in the face. the indiana man was arrested at

misdemeanor assault charge. 28-year-old andrew robeis is accused of hitting someone in the head. court documents say officers were escorting the allentown pennsylvania man out of the game when he hit a woman in the head. and 19-year-old jerry mccarty of reading faces a number of misdemeanor charges. he is accused of underaged drinking, showing police a fake id and hitting a woman in the face and then taking her bengals' ball cap. as we said during the game, emotions running high both in the stands and down on the field. the heated match-up seemed to get the best of some of the players and coaches from both sides. local 12's brad spike iny joins us now with a look at this heart-breaker. >> yeah, it's been 25 years since the bengals have tasted victory in the play-offs and now their fans will have to wait even longer. last night an emotional swing from elation to despair as the bengals self-destructed in the game's final 2 minutes. 18-16, the final to the

as 3 or 4 above 0. again, these are forecast temperatures. the windchill will be below 0 at times overnight and early tomorrow. the windchills between sunrise and sunset will be likely in the single digits and in the teens. but notice clouds increase and we eventually push the tomorrow. every degree counts when you're this cold. the adrian medical center tonight in oxford shows it's chilly in butler county. temperature 11. very dry air as suggested by a dewpoint of 5. wind there sustained at 8 miles per hour. so it feels the a lot colder than the temperature would suggest. wind very light atop the radisson on the atrium medical center cam. some spots already have a windchill or feels-like temperature below 0. we're very cold overnight with a clear sky overhead. especially between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

so we still have clouds. we still have flurries, favoring the eastern part of the tristate. notice the flurries here on live precision doppler 12 hd, no distinct connection between the two different bands of snow, extending far from the eastern edge of the 275 loop close to williamsburgh. some of the snow is struggling to reach the ground. don't expect any accumulation there. next opportunity for accumulation will come late monday night. notice on the forecast model, high pressure keeps us clear and cold overnight and keeps cloud cover to a minimum early tomorrow, but notice late in the day, clouds increase -- are increasing and thickening, and snow chances arrive, especially after midnight, all you see there is white. snowshowers, snow that will start and stop and still be favored early tuesday, but there will likely be snowshowers continuing through the lunch hour. gradually that disturbance pulls

back down into the teens come early wednesday morning. so the threat level for cold overnight and some second satisfactory snow has the potential. so windchills and temperatures below 0, single digits, main concern overnight at this point, an inch, perhaps a bit more, an inch and a quarter, 1 1/2, main focus for tuesday, of course, lower visibilities and a burst of snow as well. 8 is the forecast overnight low in cincinnati. valley locations, areas west of convince internet will be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 degrees. 25 is the forecast high tomorrow. if you're sick of the cold already, we warm up as we get into the weekend but we have to jump through a couple of hoops before then. cold tomorrow with increasing clouds. warmer, windy, snowshowers tuesday and back to cold wednesday. and then we finally start to warm up and just track rain to start the weekend.
