>> and 99.7 percent of the time, shows body cameras doing the right thing. video from texts, where the suspect went for a gun and was shot by officers in a justified shooting that is valid by video. if county commissioners approve, the body cam should be out in all patrol deputies and specialized offices, like the k-9 unit by the end of march. as one sheriff officer puts it, if a picture is worth a thousand words? what's a video camera? >> it's made by a taser company as part of the deal. each deputy will get a taser stun gun as well. meanwhile, they will test different types of body cameras. once they decide, they will put about 600 cameras into service mid-summer.

early part of the overnight, and everyone gets in on the fun, by the time good morning. cincinnati starts. and thankfully, temperatures will be rising with little in the way of snow at best, will have some flurries. no accumulation. cloudy sky overhead. 7:00, 9:00, and flurries begin to develop by the time we start local 12 news live at 11:00. a better chance of snow will come around midnight and especially overnight. and we'll likely have temperature tonight in the mid-20s at 7:00. we'll inch to the mid-upper 20s as the night goes on. don't forget. we have updated the forecast several times today. we will continue to update the forecast this afternoon, this evening, in the weather authority app. you could track flurries and snow showers as they march to the tri-state. wkrc is what they search for in the app store or google play.

it feels a lot colder. wind chills are in the single digits if not zero throughout the day. expecting 1-2 inches of new snow, on top of what's on the ground, beginning at midnight. and visibilities will be reduced, the first snow comes through. we have another cold shot coming for mid week. temperatures now range between 20-24, from anderson to forest park. college hill, versailles. temperatures are rising for much of the day. the low tonight will be set early. temperatures will gradually rise to around 30, early tomorrow morning. scattered flurries are in the mix right now. bigger disturbances is taking shape to the west. it's still materializing. flurries and snow showers are likely as we get deeper to the overnight. i suspect the flurries are not reaching the ground. they will be surprised if you see some flakes floating through the community. here's the wave of snow,
