in fact, oil is off a bit. some believe fears the economy is not growing. a local father who shot his son to death will not face any charges. hamilton county prosecutor joe debtor said no charges will be filed in the tragic accident in east price hill. tuesday, the 72-year-old father shot and killed his 14-year-old son. the father told police, he thought his son was at school. he heard noises downstairs and was alarmed. he went on to say, it was impossible how horrible the father must feel for mistaking his son for an intruder. all the forensic evidence matches what the father told police. therefore, no charges are appropriate. end of quote. deer park police are searching for a man who held up a bank. it held up the bank around 9:00

interstate ramp in sharonville after a fuel truck overturned before 9:00 this morning, a truck overturned in a ramp from north 75 to westbound i-275. fortunately the tank never ruptured. the ramp reopened about two hours later. the weather today, it's really not that bad compared to yesterday. clear and the sun. it was nice to see. let's check in with meteorologist, scott dimmich. >> no snow squalls today. we have some flurries, especially in southwestern ohio, south eastern ohio. and clouds will decrease in the next few hours. temperatures will actually rise this evening. our low temperature tonight will be set early at 23. and then we'll rise through the 20s, with decreasing clouds all the way to the mid twenties around midnight and into the upper 20s nearing tomorrow morning.
