take effect at 4:00, through 7:00 tuesday. it's not clear if it will keep that long. everyone except for fayette and union county. our threat level is be aware. because we're going to see some impactful things happening dur the morning commute. that will continue to bring us floor traffic. slick and snowy roads in a lot of places. time line is going to look like this. mid-morning. departs in the afternoon. and we're not tracking anything right now. the west. we have plenty of bright blue skies here at home. here's the snow we'll be tracking through the morning especially tomorrow. in the next 12 hours for tonight, expect temperatures to be in the upper to mid-teens throughout the evening. i think we hit lows pretty early tonight. then we'll get back to about 17 degrees by tomorrow morning,

26th will be a series with the san diego padres. the team is planning for ceremonies, including the red's induction of 2016, which is one guy, pete rose. rose will be the 86th red inducted in the hall of fame. he would have gotten sooner but his lifetime suspension with baseball prevented it. they made it clear rose would not be reinstated not get into cooperstown. he opened the door with more activity with the reds rose was unanimously voted in. and he said it's a big an honor as it is getting into cooperstown. >> i have not given up on cooperstown. i will not be the type that gives up on anything. this is fine. i'm happy. this is -- and i'm not going to

prepared to stand trial. on an unexpected move, special prosecutors convicted the count. he was convicted for allegedly giving her brother documents related to his job. she denied those allegations. prosecution says the cost of the trial and the division of the community was not worth going forward with a second trial. >> it is our duty to seek justice here, to prosecute the remaining charges serves no youthful service. we believe the justice has been served in the matter. therefore we decided to dismiss the charges. >> we seen the misdeeds here. and we think it's just a big bully fight. >> hunter could be back in court friday to determine whether she will go back to jail to serve jail on the one count. attorneys are asking the supreme court to stay that sentence, pending an appeal.

for a mistrial. court documents alleged that one member of the jury was a convicted felon, and convicted her in the 2012 shooting death of her boyfriend. the judge who oversaw her case has now been asked to set aside her conviction and order a new trial. a wanted rape suspect is in jail sentenced two members of the u.s. marshal southern ohio fugitive apprehension strike team. he's charged with rape, gross sexual imposition. he's accused raping an adult in august of september of last year. according to agents, brandon is also hiv positive. marshalls tracked him. and police haven't said how he came into contact with the

a shooting in hamilton brown. he was shot friday night outside the bar outside 7th street. a second person was shot at the time but that person refused treatment. police say even though several people were inside the bar at the time, they are not getting any cooperation. officers are looking for a four door gray car that left the scene. call crimestoppers, 352-3040. you could leave your tips anonymously. dog owner, when a dog ordered to put down a vicious dog is sentenced to 30 days in jail. >> that is cold, in my 10 years as a judge can't recall a more cold and heartless act. >> jum said he didn't confine

judge ordered datsun to have the dog ort nizzed. he went to the sbca cincinnati. he ordered another dog and tried to pass that dog to be put down. the dogs are micro chipped and that revealed the truth. and the sbca says the vicious dog since has been put down. the greyhound bus rolled on its side during a raby commute. it killed two people, 18 others. the bus carrying the driver and sfrs, surred minor injuries. the accident snarled a morning commute, already slowed down by rain backing up traffic for several miles. the supreme court will consider a legal challenge to president obama's legal overhaul of immigration rules. it allows millions of undocumented immigrants for programs, and the benefits that go along with that.

>> smoke detectors and an alert neighbor helped a woman get out of a fire. firefighters say they were able to contain a fire in the kitchen. the damage is estimated at $10 thousand. the red cross is helping the woman find a place to stay. today, marks one year since an overpass collapsed on i-75, killing a local man. collapse kills a construction worker. the driver of the semi truck was also hurt when the truck slammed into the overpass. osha cited the construction company, coasting, for using equipment too heavy for the bridge deck to support. the company was also citing for failing to stop a demolition, after an engineering, that could have caused the collapse. >> it's time to admit that, be proud of that and announce that to the nation.

snow is coming from as well. the snow is moving in through portions of southern and northern illinois. we have winter weather advisories that span into kansas and iowa. we have winter storm warnings in northern georgia right now. we're under a winter weather advisory. with that means a head's up. we will see travel difficulties during the day tomorrow. our winter weather advisory income passes all of the local 12 viewing area, except for fayette and union county. this will be in effect through 4:00 a.m. tomorrow through 7:00 through wednesday. the next 48 hours, looks like no snow tonight. this is 11:00. it will continue to have increasing clouds overnight. by 4:00, 5:00, in the morning, areas west of cincinnati, they scattered about. i will stop the clock again at 8:00, where we're going to see more like snow, widespread like snow across the entire area.

some of the snow will be heavier blue. by noon, most of us out of the snow and some lingering snow still to the south and eastern corner of the viewing area. throughout the early afternoon, snow. by 5:00, the evening commute should be better as long as we could get the road salted and cleaned off. clouds breaking apart into thursday. thursday, we'll have a little break before the next system brings some snow for friday. snowfall totals looks like this. right now estimations around 1-2 through central portions of the viewing area. that's what we see in the mint blue and light blue color. the light color is up to an inch. and as well as waynesville, lebanon and wilmington to 'lanchester. around cincinnati, we're looking anywhere from 1-2 inches and
