east, northeast winds at 5 and the relative humidity. more and more sunshine as we go through the afternoon. we'll top out very close to 50 by late this afternoon. we'll see readings back into the low 40s as we move into the evening. there's nothing showing up on precision doppler 12. we have rain this morning, primarily with a cold front. you can see breaks in the clouds now. southwest of cincinnati. so we'll get some of those breaks up in here. there are your temperatures. a good 15 degrees cooler than what we saw this time yesterday. this is the storm system that's going to make headlines. it has pulled into california creating problems for them. heavy snow for colorado and into parts of nebraska and even western kansas, where they do

blizzard warnings up for eastern nebraska and parts of northwest iowa. here in cincinnati, we'll be on the warm side of the storm system. a cold front moves east today. cooler weather for us behind the front. tomorrow we watch this low coming out of the mountains out west, and it is going to spread heavy snow into iowa. event eventually, minnesota and wisconsin. for us, it pushes warm air our way tomorrow. temperatures approach 60 tomorrow afternoon. it pushes a pretty potent cold front. we see a line of thunderstorms tomorrow night and some of those could be strong or severe. in the wake of the front, we'll get colder as we get into wednesday. the storm prediction center has much of the area in a slight risk of severe weather. a marginal risk to the northeast

the highest risk out of area. southern indiana, western kentucky and down into tennessee. forecast radar starting at 4:00 tomorrow afternoon. a line of storms blowing through the area late tomorrow night. everything is long gone as the cooler air works its way in. the primary threat here will can damaging wind gusts, although hail and brief isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out. storms arriving after dark. they depart after midnight. here is your planning forecast. near 50 today. gradual clearing. 60 tomorrow with rain and storms late day, especially. a passing shower is possible tomorrow afternoon. colder thursday. 30s for highs and 20s for lows and then friday and into the weekend quiet weather.
