local 12 has a crew in the courtroom and we'll have the very latest for you as soon as we learn more. we're following a breaking news alert. northbound i-75 and kyles lane. dispatcher told local 12 that someone held up the bank around 11:25 this morning. deputies pulled over the suspect's vehicle a short time ago. local 12 will continue to follow this breaking news and bring you any new information as we learn it. >> homicide investigators are investigating after a body was found in east price hill this morning. the body was found in the backyard of a home on osage. >> local 12's megan moore lays out what we know so far. >> reporter: what we know is us. behind a home. the victim believed to be a male in his 20s. we're told he was found facedown

being investigated by homicide detectives. it is unclear what happened and how he ended up here. he was often seen hanging out here in the neighborhood. one neighbor describes what she saw this morning. >> when i got downstairs she said there was a dead body in the back and we couldn't go out there. when i looked out my window, he was facedown, we couldn't see his face because his cap was pulled over in front of him. it looked like he was put there. >> it appears the victim may have been shot but awaiting on autopsy results from the coroner's office, we'll bring you more details as soon as we get them. megan moore, local 12 news. >> you can find the very latest details on our website local12.com. >> sad news today the firefighter and em for the southgate fire department has

she had been battling cancer since 2014 when she was originally diagnosed. she underwent chemotherapy but the cancer came back in 2015. monica had been with the department for 20 years. you can learn more about monica's life and service to her community on the local 12 website. detectives say a boone county man rape add six-year-old child. charges. he admitted that he sexually assaulted the child on two separate occasions at his home near florence. if he's convicted he could face 20 years to life in prison. >> moving forward is the next step for students, staff and parents at madison junior-senior high school. more than a week now since two students were shot there. how administrators plan to try to get things back to normal. >> reporter: from the beginning

superintendent have been pretty transparent about what happened, which has to be refreshing to parents here. today it seems like they will continue with the message. the goal is to make the students feel safe and parents feel comfortable while their students are here at madison junior-senior high school. that's tough after four students were hurt and one left in the juvenile detention center. now one week after the students return to school, everyone wants to move forward. part of that is to talk about what happened and focus on the future. specifically safety, security, and support. superintendent curtis philpot says that future may include detectors. it sounds like no decisions will be officially made without the input of students, staff, patients and emergency local personnel personnel. that's really what these meetings are all about finding a

while few will see showers today. everyone will see rain tomorrow. initially for areas west of cincinnati early tomorrow and then everyone gets into rain by the afternoon. not expecting any thunderstorms tomorrow, but opportunities for thunderstorms will come over the weekend. the pollen count is no longer high, it is moderate today. the mold count is low. lawrenceburg at 67. the international airport is up to 68 even with more clouds than sun today and some showers coming through, especially west of cincinnati, once again, we're above average. this is the area of low pressure developing that will bring widespread rain late tonight and tomorrow. i would plan for an inch of rain between now and saturday night. we'll have more showers and we'll add to the totals sunday and monday. >> notice here on precision doppler 12 hd, no rain being
