after student made verbal threats. all students were made. and bomb squad was called and nothing was found. police took a 14-year-old into custody. two students, both girls were under arrest for writing a message at river view east academy today. the school was searched and nothing was found. that forced evacuations at college hill high school and middle school. nothing was found and those students did return to class. today's threats followed a social media post that threatened violence against schools. it threatened to bomb mount healthy corain among others. it opposes violence to every other school, within a 50 mile radius. police obviously looked into it, and 15-year-old was arrested in college hill in connection to the post. >> fired police sergeant, charged with sex crimes involved

sat in court. former miami township claremont officer was charged with three counts of gross sexual imposition. he's accused of groping and spanking a woman in the explorer program. as debra dixon told us, the prosecution wants the jury to hear other allegations. >> today's hearing didn't have to do with the three gross sexual imposition charges involving the police explorer. it had to do with what nine other women alleged, that the fired miami township police sergeant did to them. they are talking about sexting. a lot of talk about spanking, employee, another police officer, and the question is, could what they say be used in the gross sexual imposition trial. there's a lot of arguing. there's a character assassination.

41-year-old scott pedryias died in the crash. police say speed and impairment are factor. lit meyer is in serious condition at the hospital much he's charged with aggravated vehicular homicide. the interstate did reopen around 1:30 in the morning. car slams into a pole. sheriff officer spotted two suspicious men at redding road. the suspect's car, and struck a utility pole and gas line pole. it caused a gas leak that had to be repaired. two men had no idea and police are trying to figure out >> terry okita has some of the
