like i said, i did have a supplers. >> sharon tuft put $726 down. >> i feel cheated. >> cheated because she has nothing to show for her money. ago. >> she's ripping people off. >> 15 months after the order is placed is more than a little >> yes. cracks. >> the cleveland better busines bureau gives the casket store its lower rating, an f. >> why did you get an f from the bbb. >> because they let anybody make complains. >> tuft says hayes broke her promise when she failed to deliver the stone five months ago. she was given a photo of what it would look like and finally complained to the bbb after she grew tired of hayes' excuses. >> she's a liar. she won't accept

6:55 am
what is your flair for yoga in your studio? >> we wanted to embrace where yoga is going in our western society. there's a lot of different variations showing up. it's -- our goal is to get as many athletes or just people training to discover the mat because there's so much to benefit from, from a recovery standpoint to learning how to disconnect and kind of slow down. so in order to do that, we wanted to take down some of the barriers that a lot of people had with yoga in general. intimidation factor of it. so we made it more athletic with groove flow and what you're going to see today. we put athletic movements and body weight exercises into a yoga sequence. if you want to join, right.

6:57 am
>> okay. >> thank you so much. during the break, i'm going to continue this sequence. usually i don't like yoga because i get bored or impatient with it, but i'm told this type of yoga has a lot of movement, and it's supposed to make you feel like you're doing a lot more than you're used to. >> you're inspiring us. i have a feeling people at home are like me, drinking coffee and thinking, yeah, i should do that you. era inspiring us. >> and they keep sipping. >> going to eat that birthday cake that's in the newsroom, and then i will think about some yoga. >> thank you. >> it was delicious, maureen. all right. well, just ahead, we're going to check in with money man matt granite. he has a deal on chocolate just in time for valentine's day. also, netflix makes an announcement about their family program. what they say they will be doing soon. now, let's check in with olga.

in my hands, best valentine's day chocolate deal on the planet. we're going to hear from one of my favorite tv chefs. what do i have? take a look. these are overpriced to begin with. at $11 per bar, they're very high priced. but the deal i found today, black salt caramel. sea salt bacon. red fire chocolate. >> $50 worth of chocolate that i found for under 30. with quick free shipping, i asked my favorite tv chef to put it to the test. >> matt, what are you doing to me. it's january, new year, new me, trying to be healthier. you know i can't resist these. these are my favorite chocolate bar.
7:02 am
the mercedes benz, the rolex of chocolate wars. a win-win with this. >> i don't care whether or not you buy them, but when i featured these last valentine's day, they sold out in about 14 minutes. if you're interested, you know where to go. happy savings. it's an honor to be with you. >> well, hot chocolate sounds good today, maybe chocolate cake, everything chocolate. >> sweet and, yes, i think everyone is going to be pretty comfortable with our temperatures today. we've been in quite a bit of chill for the last few, but at least we're starting to turn the corner today. i can tell we're going to feature a lot of sunshine, quiet and dry, not much going on on our satellite and radar view, but we'll see the opportunity to have some clouds fill in later on this afternoon. again, we don't have to worry about that for 24 hours or so. winds have been calm to light,
7:03 am
mostly down into the teens across the couple of areas. one thing is different about today. we don't have those brisk winds. we're not dealing with a heavy wind chill. that does feel a little coolner some spots. the good news on the east coast, the storm has moved on out. definitely quieting down and just beginning to continue those cleanup efforts to get travel and lights back to normal. this starts out cloudy. we'll see midday clearing for many and a pleasant afternoon is on tap as those highs are going to be pushing out of those upper 20s. i think most of us are going to make it into the lower 30s by later on today. so definitely keep those sunglasses within reach. hour by hour with our future view forecast. temperatures are setting into those upper 20s. this is just prior to sunset. overnight tonight we start out clear with just a few passing clouds. by the time we get to early monday morning, partly cloudy
7:04 am
school by monday afternoon, however, we are in overcast skies. all of this is being pushed toward ahead of the next cold front coming through. it's really going to knock these temperatures down. by late night on monday, heading into tuesday morning, i think that's where rain begins to enter the viewing region. heavy at times but notice the temperatures are still fairly warm. this does start out as rain by about midnight. after midnight and into the early morning hours, temperatures will continue to drop, which means by sunrise on tuesday, we'll see some snowflakes in and around the region. i want you to enjoy your sunday about highs in the lower 30s and those partly cloudy skies and plenty of sunshine. now we're going to take it with our window nation 7-day forecast back into the 40s for tomorrow before the bottom drops out. today, all you need to know is it's going to be sunny and nice. within the 7-day forecast,
7:05 am
start to see our real changes. tuesday into wednesday, once that front moves on through, we'll actually see temperatures drop by day on tuesday. and then by wednesday and thursday temperatures are in the 20s. maureen? >> all right. olga, thank you so much. january is national mentoring month. we have two people joining us today to tell us about their experience. jasmine scott join us now to tell us about a local mentoring program. jasmine, you were originally part of this mentoring program. i we talked to you back in 2014. what have you been up to since? >> ever since then i was up for adoption. i had three families wanting to adopt me. i chose one actually this past summer, the scotts family. ever since then, life has been going good. >> that's awesome. so, sarah, tell us about the mentoring program and how it benefits people like jasmine.
7:06 am
we just really have a great time together. the great thing about adoption network, cleveland's adoption program, they ask you to spend two times with them. we probably text more than we talk. it's just a great experience. we just hang out and have a good time together. >> what changes did you see in jasmine from when you first met her to where you're sitting right now. >> well, she's about to get her driver's license, so she's obviously gotten older. it adds a nice stability. as we've gotten to know each has grown. we're a lot more comfortable together. together. >> jasmine, what has the program meant for you? >> the program for me gives another support system in my life which has always been there. it's really busy for both of us, we don't spend as much time together. that helps make our relationship stronger.
7:07 am
can always talk to each other about anything. >> and, sarah, just are the your perspective, who would be great to get involved in this program, as a mentor in. >> i would say everybody would be great to get involved. if you have a few hours a month, that's all you need. if you're looking to make a difference in a youth life, this is important. >> how can they get involved. >> contact adoption network cleveland. they will be more than happy to talk to people pretty quickly about it. >> i'm so glad you're a success story. thank you so much for being here this morning. let us know more about it. >> thank you. all right. after the break, the iowa caucuses are about a week away. how are the candidates making their last minute pitches. we have a look at what's on meet the press this morning.
7:08 am
beautiful skyline of downtown cleveland. the sun is rising. a lot is going on this weekend. if you're interested in remodeling your home, remember the home improvement show is going on at the ix center. and we want to get you caught up on a lot of the news going on around the nation. we're one week away from the iowa caucus and presidential hopefuls are making their final push for support. meet the press moderator. join us for the ever evolving field. good morning, chuck. >> good morning, maureen. unbelievable. >> it changes by the moment .i let's start out with the candidates. how are trump and cruz making their final push. >> it looks like it's going to be a nasty push between the two of them. look, iowa is make or break. i really think for ted cruz, it's make or break. if he wins iowa, he gains altitude and become as front runner. he could have a nice run here
7:09 am
donald trump knows it. he knows that he needs to get -- if he's going to defeat cruz, the best thing to do is try to defeat him in iowa. it's got nasty. we haven't seen actual tv ads running against trump, now the two of them are running against each other. >> democrats. you have bernie sanders and hillary clinton. seems like deja vu. >> she's running on experience, she's running up against somebody who's running a movement. clearly inspiring a large chunk of voters, perhaps new voters to show up. it does feel deja vu all over again. certainly bernie sanders wants those comparisons. he hopes people will look at him and look at barack obama and see somebody similar, but i think it's a bit of a stretch. i think sanders still has hurdles on electability that
7:10 am
not many democrats think he can win. not many democratic leaders are with him. with barack obama you had half the party that was actually with him at that point. obviously hillary clinton has a challenge to great, pragmatic experience, while good general election message, doesn't seem to inspire people on a caucus night in iowa. >> you have a busy week keeping up with all the changes. thanks, chuck, for being with us. >> thanks, maureen. you got it. meet the press continues after channel 3 news today. let's get a check on the forecast with olga. we know you have a lot to do today. pretty clear. >> we clear out the clouds nicely. as we head for sunrise, things are improving in the temperature department as well. i can tell you this sunday will standards. quiet on satellite and radar this hour. temperatures are a little chilly. most of us have dropped down
7:11 am
we're seeing a few teens as well, but the wind chill is not as bad as it has been. with our cloudy start, it's midday and afternoon, that will continue and a very pleasant sunday is on tap. hour by hour, though, we reach out of those upper 20s by noon and many of us will hit the lower 30s by later on this afternoon. there are some changes on the way in the forecast that will be hitting us around midweek. i will let you know what the rain and snow chances will be over the next few days. >> olga, thank you so much. >> well, hurricanes -- hundreds of police officers paid tribute to the officer that was shot and killed in the line of duty. people paid respect for officer thomas catrell, jr. he was shot and killed last week while on duty. people came from colorado, chicago, west virginia. the service was held in the

newark where he graduated from the police academy. a scary night for a cleveland pizza delivery driver after she was robbed at gunpoint. the 21-year-old pizza hut driver was called for a delivery on grace avenue around 11:00 friday tight when the man approached her from behind with a gun. they took the pizza and $70 in cash. he was seen leaving in a black truck. if you have any information, you're asked to contact police. still ahead this morning, all eyes were on the cavs this team.

the solar system may have some extra company. researchers say there may be a ninth planet that's ten times bigger than earth. the mystery planet was found

20 times farther away from the sun than earth. you may remember pluto was demoted from a planet. if you're having trouble sticking to your new year's resolution, if so, alyssa raymond is joining us. she's giving us different ways to exercise while having fun. a lot of people say they don't want to know they're exercising. they just want to have a good time. >> exactly. you don't want to get bored. which is the best thing about this circuit training workouts. right now, this is east side row. beth does boot camp coaching at groove ride. what is row and rip all about, that class? >> so row and rip is a high intensity interval training circuit that we can -- you get
7:15 am
this workout, and we use the rowers, which is a great thing for us up here in cleveland because you get no impact cardio exercise that you can do indoors. you don't have to go outside, brave the snow. and go running in the winter months. this is awesome. no impact. anyone that has knee injuries or any old problem where is they can't have high impact, the rosaria great opportunity to get that cardio in. >> you're really going to see that grow in popularity. >> people are seeing the benefits in rowing. >> next up, mat work. >> we use everything we have here and want to give people a total body workout in any way we can. sarah is doing a shoulder push up, working her shoulders. modifying push-ups on the wall. she can put her feet on the
7:16 am
total body core. everything. amy is doing a stepup with the weight. she's also total body work. again, this is mostly body work. you're not lifting crazy things over your head. >> you can even step on a chair like that, move your stuff, pick up your kids. >> exactly. so this is the one i'm going to participate in. >> awesome. >> what are we doing here? >> so this is a power pole. you're using your entire body. you're using your core to stabilize. you're using your arms to pull your entire body up. and you're using your legs to reach down for the squats. >> just one motion. >> yeah, use the bicep and deltoids. pull yourself to the top of the class. >> one class and i'm done. >> you can leave now. it's perfect.
7:17 am

their third loss at home. there he is, tyronn lue, coaching debut. cavs started strong. 13-6 they led. after this, he hits the bucket quarter. lebron scored again. rebounds, 9 assists. all in the 2nd half. jimmy butler jump shot for a 7- point lead. he had 20 points. paul gasol, 25 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists. cavs, 9-22 from the line. they lose their third game at home this year. tyronn lue loses his first game at the cavs' head coach. they had 30-12. they taken to timberwolves on monday. lebron was on the court early, hours before tip. he defended david griffin
7:19 am
david blatt, saying the cavs are a bit fragile at times and they're still learning to play together. he doesn't worry that people think he has a decision regarding coaching. >> i found out about it like every other person on this team at 3:30 when grif called us in on our day off and told us he was making a change. he said, you can like it. you can love it. but you're going to respect it. this is what i feel. >> all right. let's talk about the browns now and what will happen with joe thomas. will they decide to trade him or keep him as part of their plan to get this thing turned around. thomas was at the ix center for the home show. signing autographs. i spoke to thomas one on one. he said he definitely wants to be part of the browns turn around and can't worry about being traded. he loves the people of cleveland. it's his home. he could just be saying this,
7:20 am
he said it comes down to picking the right players and getting on the team. he's excited about the browns getting how -- hue jackson. >> it's nice to get the number one coach that was out there for our head coaching position. especially after all the turmoil and turnover that we've had in the last few years. i know the guys are really excited about him. it works. late news. the cavs round table, chris haines and joe varden join me to talk about what has been an interesting weekend for your i'm dave chudowsky. sports report. have a great day, everybody. all right. washington, dc is taking the internet by storm this morning for having a lot of fun in the weekend. up. first, here's olga with a look at the forecast.

customers have expressed interest in a meatless meal option. there you go. getting a little healthier as you go through the drive through. >> i would eat the black bean burger before i would eat the black bean brownies. >> they weren't that bad. you didn't try it? >> never. >> you're missing out. >> don't mess with brownies. >> some people would say you can't mess with a burger. >> i'm more on your side. it was good. take a look outside. that's the cuyahoga right there. looking a little icy this morning. >> a little icy. temperatures are in the teens right now. so it is a chilly start if you're headed out to get a few things done today. maybe you're going to sunday services. you have activities on your agenda. you definitely need that winter coat. it's going to feel like it all day today. the treat for us, though, high pressure has moved in. it has settled in. it's actually going to stick around for today and most of tomorrow before it starts to
7:24 am
the benefit for us, clearing skies, a quiet satellite and radar, and the winds have calmed down significantly. winds are below 10 miles an hour in most areas. that means we're not dealing with the wicked wind chills that we saw the last couple of days. we're up to 20 in the city center, but notice the teens across some of our southern suburbs and north and east it's these temperatures, but i think as time goes by, we're going to end up with a nice sunday >> regional satellite looking at the east coast. blizzard of 2016. it is out of here. the cleanup is now under way. for us, we can look forward to clearing this afternoon of our skies. we'll get that sunshine in and, yes, a very pleasant sunday afternoon as we head into monday. back to work and school. be prepared for temperatures today to push out of those upper 20s and even hit the lower 30s for many of us by late today.
7:25 am
bit overnight tonight, but we won't take our temperatures quite as low. here we are at 6:00, hour by hour with future view. temperatures well into the upper 20s. they start to slide back down after sunset. notice they don't go too low. we're still sitting in the 20s with mainly clear skies. i think the clouds really move in tomorrow afternoon. as we get into monday afternoon and evening, we hold off. even warmer today. the good news is moisture is coming through with the next front. as it starts to push in monday night into tuesday morning, our temperatures are still warm. this starts off at rain. then it will transition to snow, and we could see accumulation as we get into the middle of the forecast. for today we're treated with very nice temperatures. i believe our window nation 7- day forecast is actually going to push us into those 40s not
7:26 am
on monday as well. we're going to be looking at 40s on tuesday as well. that's when things start to change. we head into the 20s falling by daytime temperatures and once we hit those solid 20s, they're really going to stick around, the moisture will change that rain into snow with the cold temperatures. >> we could be doing a little shoveling. >> i don't want to think about that. thanks, olga. we'll be back with a viral video that you won't want to miss. also, a final check of the forecast. we leave you with a look of
