there had. we go to another city, and two were shot. at this time, we're not sure about their condition. then the third place takes us to cleveland. that's where the suspect we're told shot and killed himself. take a look how these shootings spanned three cities. here's a map for you. the homicide happened at an apartment complex on revere road in elyria around 11:10 last night. around 2:20 this morning. we go to elyria police found out about a double shooting there. shortly after t suspect of all three shootings, police tell us shot and killed himself after they stopped him at mount sinai park at mlk and east 105th street across from the va. buford is the man responsible for the shooting. he shot and killed his girlfriend. at this time, none of the

released. we do not know the condition of the two shot and killed in south euclid. as soon as we get that information, we'll pass onto you we have more breaking news. two men are dead this morning after two overnight shootings in the same neighborhood on cleveland's east side. police say one man was found dead clair. another man was shot earlier a block away. he died at the hospital. no word if shootings are related. we'll continue to keep you updated on air and online. more breaking news. this could affect your travel plans. a delta airlines system outage triggered delays worldwide. systems are down everywhere because of a worldwide system failure. no details on what caused it.

attraction known as the world's tallest water slide. park rules require riders to be at least 14 years old. police say the water slide and park were closed immediately. guests were given refunds the park will remain closed today as the investigation continues. demonstrators took to streets of chicago for the third day yesterday to protest the fatal police shooting of a chicago teenager. hundreds of people marched through the streets holding signs signs videos were released friday. video shows officers firing repeatedly at a stolen car driven by o' neil. he died of a gunshot wound to his back. dutch rider was leaving the race with less than seven miles remaining when she crashed in 285-mile road race. her tire slips on wet pavement.

shore way. closings start today. the west shore way is closed in both directions at lake avenue because of a bridge replacement project. it's going to be closed the next 25 days or so. also clifton boulevard at eastbound trying to get to the eastbound shore way. you cannot do it. you will have to detour west boulevard to lake avenue where you can access the shore way. it's going to be some delays. restrictions on the shore way down to one lane b and west 73rd. if we come back out live, you can see here police are already directing traffic. let's say if you miss that west boulevard turn, you can go ahead and take lake and try taking detroit into downtown. other traffic i-90 westbound. no delays. everyone else normal drive times. john and lena, back to you. >> dani, thank you. more breaking news this morning.

separate overnight shootings is dead. >> let's go to alyssa who's live this morning. this span add cross three cities -- spanned across three cities. >> two people were shot, another two shot, then the suspect shot and killed around 2:30 this morning. this started around 11:10 last night. someone heard gunshots at an apartment complex and police. elyria police found a 30-year-old female who was shot multiple times in the torso. she later died at the hospital. as for who shot her, police say it was her boyfriend, 42-year-old buford. this story takes us to south euclid where a double shooting happened on winston road around 2:20 this morning. elyria police say buford is responsible for this shooting too. he left the scene.

his vehicle near 90 and eddie road. a pursuit ensued leaving him towards cleveland. cleveland police ended up successfully stopping buford on mlk and east 105th street in mount sinai park across from the va. this happened shortly after the double shooting in south euclid. police say after they stopped him, he shot himself in the head. he died there at the scene. at this time, none victim's names have been released. we do not know what the condition of those other two shooting victims is there in south euclid. as soon as we get that information, we'll get it to you. reporting live in elyria, alyssa raymond. >> thank you. a woman step into the position of summit county executive for the first time in county history.

explosion happened at gates of emergency ward. it took place after the body of a prominent lawyer killed in a shooting attack earlier in the day was brought to the hospital. 100 lawyers and others gathered at time. no one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack. cincinnati police shot and killed a robbery suspect during a struggle this weekend. officers responded to call sunday morning when they found the man believed to be armed with a knife. a struggle ensued. no officers were hurt. the officer who shot him is on administrative leave while the department goes through the investigation process. florida's bracing for a wet week. the state's division of emergency management is urging residents and businesses from tampa to pensacola to prepare 10 to 15 inches of rain and potential flooding that goes with it. the national weather service says it's monitoring a developing weather system that
