. welcome back. 6:30 now. john is off this week. hollie has your forecast in a nu here's stories we're watching. one man is dead following a motorcycle accident late yesterday afternoon. it happened on state route 84 between st. john's bluff lake and kirkland road. michael drove off the right side of the road, struck a guardrail and was thrown from his motorcycle. he was pronounced dead at the scene. alcohol may have been a factor in that crash. the ohio turnpike plans to use

the first time next month. the officials hope to determine if drone inspections will save time and money. now work zones have to be created when bridges are inspected. odot and state highway patrol are considering using drones. a warning before you head to work, a sinkhole shut rca green line in shaker heights. this is the scene at shaker boulevard and warrensville center. rta officials say the line will be closed until at least wednesday so in the meantime, buses will cover the route between shaker square and green road. if you step outside this morning, you'll notice changes. hollie is on the back deck. how's it feeling? >> like fall. that's the truth. shane has his sweatshirt on.

per penn state coach sandusky will be held today. his attorneys claim his trial should be overturned because of errors in his initial trial. he was convicted of sexually abusing 10 boys between 94-2008. he's serving 30 to 60 years in prison. washington state firefighters are battling a handful of large wildfires that they're called called the spokane complex fire. these are threatening dozens of homes because of other fires burning in the area have stretched resources pretty thin. crews on the scene say this fire could be as large as 500 acres as it just continues to burn this morning. time now 6:36. lots more ahead. we check in with matt granite. what do you have today? >> we're helping with storage. i'm also doing your laundry.

recovering this morning after a car crash into a crowd in parma heights yesterday. six people remain in the hospital. two of them in serious condition. we say a woman was trying to leave a community concert when she accidentally hit the gas and drove into a dance floor in the parking lot. police are investigating. so far, no charges have been filed. repairs continue today for a major water main break pike. water was shut off last night but has been restored. repairs for the line extend into the afternoon road repairs on top of that go to wednesday afternoon. gillmore academy is closed today as a result of the busted line. i'm embarrassed for myself, my family, especially those guys, the u.s.a. swimming, the
