student test scores, how students are doing. cleveland teachers say if things don't go well, they have authorized a strike that deadline is this thursday, september 1st at 6:00 p.m. that's just over three days way. coming up in the next half hour, i'll let you know the last time cleveland teachers actually went on strike and walked out of those classrooms. >> all right tiffany. we'll see you then. nearly a boy was killed in a gang shootout, one of the men responsible will be sentenced today. 21-year-old norman and four others were involved in the drive by shooting that killed the little boy. he was playing football nearby. norman will be sentenced for involuntary manslaughter. the shooter serving 20 years to life in prison. other suspects pleaded guilty

shooting will be in court today >> reporter: the suspect is a 29-year-old man from north ridgeville. they expect to identify him today when he goes before court after getting arrested this past weekend. he was running a red light on richmond and solone road when he hit the road of woman, gerbera -- deborah pearl. he got out with a rifle in hand and shot the woman outside her car. she later died. there's no known connection between the suspect and victim at this time apart from this crash. it's something they're going to continue to look into, something we hope to learn more about coming up today. for the latest, stay here. guys? >> will, thank you. to alliance now. a viewer posted this on her

unlicensed and undocumented. he passed away yesterday. he was a villainous character in the wrestling board induct into wwe hall of fame in 2007. one city in ohio bought an $868,000 fire truck only to find out it doesn't fit inside the local fire house. the city manager says they bought the truck after one suddenly died. now plans are underway to modify the station with taller doors. officials say they knew the truck wouldn't fit. it's a matter of public safety here. renovations to the station will be done by january. i can only relate when you buy the smaller dress and think i'm going to lose the weight. >> i knew i wasn't going to fit.
