work today and speaking of all of that, make sure you're packing your umbrellas and grabbing them and taking them out the door for you. we'll get a look at your commute right now. danielle, some wet roads? >> and be careful. we're not tracking any accidents right now. but in barberton, we have just a little bit of hazard at an intersection in north van buren avenue and robinson, your traffic lights are not working. make sure you ea four-way stop. we don't want anyone to get hurt in that area. of course we have our typical construction throughout the region, but we're not seeing increased delays because of the construction. whatever delay you typically see because of that construction, that's what you're seeing right now. i was tracking slow traffic before the inner belt, but that has all cleared out. so i would say, john, normal drive times. >> that sounds good. all right. new this morning, cleveland police are investigating a shooting on the city's east side. this was the scene on east 61 61st and superior.

led to the shooting. the man was taken to university hospital. no word yet on his condition this morning. >> a 29-year-old man accused of shooting and killing a woman on a sowell road over the weekend will be in court today. he's been charged with murder. police say he ran a red light and hit debra pearl's car. his suv flipped several times and then got out of his car and shot families are both expected to be in the courtroom today. to canton now where police are searching for the suspect who killed two men yesterday morning. it happened in the 2400 block of midway avenue. police say the 911 call came in from a neighbor. when they arrived, they found two men had been shot and killed in the house. police say there were also three children inside the home. they were taken to the hospital as a precaution. >> it is almost 6:04.

storms. hawaii's big island is preparing for the first hurricane to make landfall in years. hurricane madeleine is expected to pass just south of the big island early tomorrow. north carolina's outer banks, forecasters expect up to 5 inches of heavy rain as the tropical weather system blows by. and a tropical storm warning has been issued for the gulf coast as a tropical depression approaches. singer chris brown is out of jail this morning after he was arrested on suspicion of the charge comes after a woman called 911 to report that brown pointed a gun at her inside his home. police served a search warrant at the home. some reports say there was a brief standoff with police. brown took to social media to proclaim his innocence. >> and how about this one? a north carolina school district is trying something new for kids who get in trouble. they're calling it reversus suspension. instead of forcing suspended
