three murders in ashland and richland county's will make his first court appearance. shawn grate has been charged with two counts of murder and was previous he charged with abduction after a woman he kidnapped called 911 from a home in ashland and that's where police found two of the bodies in the third body was found in the woods and richland county. so far only one of the bodies has been identified. cleveland schools got on its annual report card the news comes as it tries to convince voters to renew a school levy. the s came in all 16 categories including achievement gaps closing cup third grade literacy progress and graduation rates. the state test has changed three times in three years reading many schools to post lower marks. ceo eric gordon was out yesterday but hold the state of the schools address earlier
