11 stories. >> tiffany tarpley is live with more. >> reporter: we have learned this morning the child was two years old. we're not sure of the gender of the child or who this child was. we could learn more about that later today after all of the family is notified. we are here outside the willoughby hills towers apartments complex and this is where it happened. here is video as investigators trying to together. the child fell 11 stories and just two years old. investigate say when they arrived on scene they found the child unresponsive on a rear parking deck. we also noticed a car had a shattered rear window and it's unclear if that had anything to do with what they are calling a tragic accident. of course that is something we can also learn later today.
