we need to get everyone to the indians game tonight. if you're going downtown 7:10 the first pitch for the white sox fifth when you are coming to the game your route in will not be the same route as going home especially if you come in from the west side. innerbelt bridge will be closing of eastbound and westbound. both spans will beginning 7:30 tonight. and that is because they are finally opening up the second new span and that will happen sunday morning until then from seven at 30 this evening until 11 am sunday morning both spans will be closed. also closed with the bridge is the east ninth exit starting at 10 am this morning until 11 am sunday.

the protester shot wednesday night died yesterday. and new overnight the police officer from tulsa oklahoma charged with first-degree manslaughter for the shooting a street driver has turned herself in. the tulsa county sheriff's department released betty shelby's mug shot and she was released on bond terrence crutcher was shot when we go. airville footage of the shooting showed him walking away from the officer with his arms in the air. his family responded to the charges saying that while they were pleased cup they are focusing on celebrating his life. we thought they had a deal but the teachers union and school digital have to go back to the bargaining table after the teachers union rejected the contract. >> tiffany tarpley has more. >> reporter: the big question his can they really come up with another tentative contract and if so when?

the head of the teachers union says they are confident things can be resolved. and district leaders essentially saying the same thing. they will be prepared to meet with the union marketing team -- bargaining team the days ahead but if you remember it takes about one year to go with this deal that teachers just rejected. they had to bring in a mediator and after teachers threatened to strike if they had to. we also don't know what the big issue was for teachers but now you can leaders going to find out so they can focus on those issues during these next rounds of negotiations. coming up we're going to show you some breakdown of the vote. it was close. police officers and national guard troops watched over the protesters. we've also learned the protester who was shot wednesday night has died. two people are the hospital following a shooting at a gas station. this happened in the parking lot of the marathon on east 55th and woodland after 3 am. is the second shooting at this gas station in the past three weeks. a university of akron football player has 19 year old brian was involved in a fight during a party in may that left teammate jason watkins in the hospital. bell was originally offered a scholarship to play football at florida state university but the scholarship was retracted after he was investigated in the death of a high school classmate. he will be in court next week. great weather this week. it has been quite the week. let's close out on a good note >> and we are we have a beautiful friday with more
