>> reporter: well they just boarded this up this morning. the man that did this ran across the street. our cameras were rolling as he was arrested. >> get on the ground! stop resisting! put your hands behind you . >> it happened shortly before midnight and said that a man and woman the woman punched the man in the face and then he through a security guard through the window. they ended up closing early so they could deal with everything that was happening here. no word what he will be charged with or his name. we assume we'll learn more

breaking news nationwide. a manhunt is underway in washington state. police released this picture of the person they opened fire inside cascade mall in burrlington. he was -- last seen walking on the interstate. four women work in the make up department were killed. charlotte business district here. they're protesting the police shooting death of lamont scott. last night they allowedprotesters to stay out as long as they were peaceful. here's some video from the shooting here and the pressure is mounting for the police to release their footage.

people that were here last night saw man push the officers through the window. then they saw him rush across the street but didn't get far. >> get on the ground! get on the ground! stop resisting! put your hands behind your back!. >> cleveland police arrested this man on the spot. man and woman started to fight and the woman punched the man in the face, pushed an officer through the window. this cop was not working he was an off-duty police officer. they told everyone to go home early and closed this down as well. they had to figure out what happened here and clean up the area. at this time we don't know what charges he'll face.
