now most of you are hovering in the upper 50s to near 60. low pressure overhead and we have this tropical flow. this is coming right from the gulf of mexico and atlantic. lots of moisture and a lot of much-needed rainfall. almost one agent hopkins yesterday. we continue to see scattered showers this morning. there are no thunderstorms yet and west of cleveland we see rain and also see it east some of you are getting some breaks. it it will not be constant all day but it has been persistent overnight. as we track on future view you will see we get breaks mid-to- late morning before more pills in today. this is all headed -- having an impact on the drive. we have the weather on here and the rain there is some standing water in spots where the rain has been persistent.

members of cleveland's police union will walk through the stores this morning and vote on who they will endorse for presidents. some believe this is a controversial move i could further divide the union and the community. national fraternal order of police endorse donald trump and some worry being seen as pro- trump might make matters worse in the streets for cleveland police. and all police. soon we will know where stand. we will get the results of that vote on saturday. cool even police officer will be back in court this morning after being charged in the 2015 death of an unarmed man. allen buford will be arraigned today. earlier today -- this month he was charged with shooting brandon jones outside of parkwood avenue store. he and his partner responded to a report of a break-in at the store and confronted jones as he came out they struggled and

this morning. we are learning more about the teenager accused of killing his father and shooting students and a teacher at a south carolina school. investigators are looking into the possibility the teenager might have been bullied. he's expected to appear in juvenile court this morning. president barack obama will attend the funeral for shimon perez today and deliver eulogy. the former president and im with a medal of freedom from president barack obama in 2012. president barack obama says no other individual has done as much over the years to bring our nations closer together. a decision today not directly involving the nfl washington redskins that someday cost them a lot of money. the supreme court has agreed to hear a case whether the federal government's refusal to grant offensive trademarks violates free speech.
