driven to the hospital but police believe he is one of the teenagers who may have started all of this. let's go ahead and take you to where this happened. this was the scene near west 59th and storer as police try to figure out what happened. investigators say three teenagers were trying to rob the people at prodigy cuts barbershop that was before 8:00 and bullets started to fly. workers at the barbershop apparently fired back and neighbors say that children were playing outside in that area at the time. >> i was shaken because bullets don't have no destination of you know, where they are going or where they are going to land. like i said, thank god again that mine was okay the ones that was up here. >> it's kids getting shot. that's not even how life is supposed to go. >> reporter: and it was a 4- year-old boy who was shot there last night. we are told he was taken here to metro in stable condition.

channel 3 news. >> thank you. a mother and grandmother have been sent ened to 9 years in prison -- sentenced to 9 years to prison for the deadly overdose of andrew frye overdowed in april at a hot -- overdozed in april at a hotel. he was using the drugs with his mother and grandmother when he overdozed when they left hmm alone. they said they checked in to go swimming but police found drug paraphernalia and syringe in the room. there is progress in getting drugs off the street greater cleveland. 20 people were endieted for their part in a -- indicted for their part in drug ring that brought fentanyl heroin and cocaine in the area. the drugs were transported from chicago and new york. drug enforcement officials say this is arrested have links to mexican drug lord joaquin el chapo guzman. police are looking for leads after they say a man tried to lure a 12-year-old girl into a car earlier this week. it happened while the girl was riding her bike home on hyde
