about two hour. >> reporter: what do you ride yourself in? >> really that they are the old style, how you should be making it. we do not cut any corners, it takes about 24 to 36 hours to make a bagel. it is to the a quickening, it is hard work. >> reporter: and when you start, actually, you boil it and then to baking, how much does that take? >> well, the boiling and the baking that is the quick part. so the preparation starts, like require with the dough. yes, the bagels are not absolutely per tect everybody time, but that is how we like it. >> reporter: and the bags back there? >> these are, you know, we are delivering to wholesale aunderstood counts. we deliver around the city. it is about 40 dozen that will go out and they have to be delivered before the shops open. so we will do that and also handle the retail. >> reporter: so cool, thank you so much.

finishing their home work. spending six hours is half as unlikely to finish any home work at all. increased awareness art the dangers of concussions has improved. how youth athletes are treated after a head injury. but many kids are still not getting enough recovery time. a new study of 185 children shows 38% returned to play the same day they were injured. the kids tended to have milder symptoms immediately after being hurt, but ended disneyness, balance, and other problems by the time they got treatment. researchers say that the findings should remind parents and coaches when in doubt, sit them out. last week, senior health correspondent, monera robins showed us what it is like to live with dementia. she cared for her father for years before his passing.

it is a cold front off to the west and again, as it dives to the southeast, it is going to enhance the cloud cover tonight. and with it, i think we see that chance for some chilly rain showers overnight tonight through early tomorrow morning on your monday. so let's walk you through that. again, some showers are possible, obviously the the future view is painting too much green on there this morning. but through about lunchtime, the temperatures are making it into the mid-50s before topping out again, party sunny skies, a great looking sunday fund day for us in northeast ohio. after 9:00 p.m., the clouds start to become thicker. and then tomorrow morning, some showers in the mix. i think that by tomorrow afternoon, we dry things out, notice that the temperatures, though, about 10-degrees cooler, so you will notice that, temperatures today, though, again, mid-60s, a great fall day, still a little breezy, but nothing like yesterday.
