33 degrees. 35 in asheville. back into the foothills, 43 degrees in rutherton. franklin area, the low 40's at best. same thing into green ril right now at 42. a little bit warmer in anderson, the middle to upper 40's. the wind in asheville has been pretty much 12 miles an hour for the last hour at least. it is making it feel cooler. franklin picked up at 13. it is calmer in greer at 7. it still does affect the windchill. feels like 27 degrees in asheville and 20 degrees in bryson city. 38 down into greenville. the wind is not as bad as it was yesterday afternoon. numbs, it is still going to affect our temperatures, feeling like 31 at 2:00 p.m. in wanesville and int asheville by dinner time, feels like 23 degrees and 18 in burnsville. tomorrow morning will feel like 34 degrees, lake lure, 31. even though it is going to be light wind, temperatures will be low, below freezing. it is going to feel colder of course.

i start off with eight ounces of cream cheese. to this i'll add sour cream and some mayonnaisemayonnaise. >> ok. >> a half cup parmesan cheese. >> you are a little bit of garlic powder, probably about two teaspoons worth. half a teaspoon of ground white pepper, do not use more. white pepper is stronger than black pepper. unless you want to overtake it with pepper, just a half teaspoon will be plenty. trust me. i have taken two 15-ounce cans of collard greens. what i did is i pressed them, i thawed them -- not thaw, i pressed them like you do frozen spinach. the thing with the collard greens, when you press them,

what i do, i use a potato ricer. if you have one at home and you never know what to do with it, you can use it to press your collard greens. all you have to do is get it mixed up together, preheat your oven to 350 degrees, put the collard greens in there. that's two whole cans worth. once you press out the water and everything -- the the brian brine, you would be surprised how much water there is. put it in an eight by eight greased pan. i top it off with crumbled bacon. keep the bacon off. if you want to do it because bacon makes everything better. crumble the bacon on top and mix it in with it. bake it in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. it will be nice and crispy on top. serve it with crackers warm. wait until you taste it.

around his feet a little bit. unfortunately, he had been there for awhile, because he was severely dehydrated. >> now, there are a few areas that are still within stitches and they are still doing work on his leg. you'll be helping out with that. >> we cover, whenever -- we'll send it to the vet. they'll do all the work and like you said, he has some stitches on his neck, he is doing great with them. anybody that adopts him could still take him home pretty quickly. they don't have to wait for that to heel. we'll give them a time frame on when it needs to go back to the vet. we'll cover the cost when it goes back to get stitches removed. >> such a good demeanor. how would somebody go about adopting him. >> call the shelter, arrange a time to come in and visit with him. i know he is supersweet, walks on the leash. he is on the low energy for a husky, a great dog.
