at nine tomorrow morning at limestone college in gaffney. then at 11:30 a-m, he will hold a meet and greet with voters at the beacon drive-in in spartanburg. 3 chelsea clinton, the daughter of democratic presidential candidate hillary clinton, will be in the upstate saturday. she will be speaking at "lee hall auditorium" at clemson as part of the university's "women's leadership" program. that event starts at 4:30 p-m. 3 3 3 new this morning... three suspects charged with kidnapping two young children are now back in asheville. we checked overnight, and chadwick agan, natasha cantrell and christopher carter are all listed as inmates in the buncombe county jail. they were arrested in georgia in december, when a one and three-year-old were dropped off at the swannanoa substation for the buncombe county sheriff's office. police say agan is a former boyfriend of the children's mother. all three face child abduction charges. 3 3 3 3 a teenager from burke county accused of plotting to murder up to one-thousand people... is now charged with killing his neighbor. 19-year-old justin sullivan was indicted

for his connection to the terrorist organization isil. he was also indicted for the murder of 74-year-old john clark more than a year after clark's death. clark's body was found in a shallow grave in his own yard. 3 "i'm really proud that that they got this case and figured it out. i'm real happy about that." the indictment lays out a time- the indictment lays out a time-line, showing sullivan joined isil just months before clark was found dead. you can read the 11-page indictment on wlos-dot-com. 3 3 the haywood county sheriff is investigating the death of a child near canton. deputies responded to a medical call involving an unresponsive toddler on underwood road on sunday. despite attempts to revive the 17-month-old boy, he was pronounced dead a short time later. jayne webb suspects her grandson, kyler , who was staying with his other grandparents, may have died from carbon monoxide from a kerosene heater. 3 1333 i think it should be assessed....their heating

assessed. an autopsy is being conducted to determine the exact cause of death. no charges have been filed. 3 3 3 we have an update on a we have an update on a house fire we first reported as breaking news yesterday morning. we now know an electric space heater caused the fire at a home in east flat rock. fire officials say the heater was left too close to a bed. the homeowner and his oldest son were inside at the time, but got out safely. 3 super: jefferson mccarson, home at time of fire 01:02:29-02:37"i woke up to smoke and then i came out of my bedroom and woke up dad and was like get out of the house because the house is on fire." the home is a total loss. the red cross is working with the family. 3 3 3 the world health organization now calls the spread of the 'zika virus' a global emergency. the declaration means more money, resources, and scientific research will be dedicated to addressing the disease. 'zika' has been linked to babies with a birth defect that causes smaller heads. there are now 25 countries affected by the virus. 3

3 in this morning's newsreel... amtrak officials are investigating after an object struck one of its trains in philadelphia. the railroad says more than 200 passengers were on the train from washington d-c to new york when it happened. no one was injured, but the crew had to stop the train to check out the damage. it happened near the location of a fatal amtrak crash that killed eight people and injured 200 others last may. 3 3 frightening moments last night an interstate in wisconsin. authorities say a plane's landing gear struck a semi as it was trying to land at sylvania airport. some fuel spilled on the highway, officials say that still needs to be cleaned up. the plane was able to land safely without further incident. no 3 3 a 30-year old man and his four-year old son died after falling into icy waters. both were ice fishing in michigan when the surface cracked. the two were in the water for less than an hour. but by the time the dive team retrieved their bodies, it was too late. they 3 3 the denver broncos team bus crashed in california. no

3 in this morning's the buzz, david bowie left most of his estate, 100-million dollars, to his family. according to the new york times, bowie also set aside money for his personal assistant and son's former nanny. of what was left, half of the estate goes to iman -- the supermodel whom bowie married in 19-92. the other half was divided evenly between bowie's son and daugter. bowie died on january 10-th at e age of 69. 3 bill cosby is expected in court today outside of philadelphia. his lawyers are expected to ask a judge to throw out the felony sexual assault charge against him. they will argue that cosby had a deal in 2005 that he would not be prosecuted for his testimony is his accuser's lawsuit. but that testimony is what prompted authorities to reopen the case. in it, cosby admitted he gave women quaaludes before sex and quaaludes before sex and that he had a series of affairs. cosby has not entered a plea. 3 adele has a message for
