details that we have not seen before and here they are. two of them involve where the bodies of diz and king were found, the french broad river. warrants indicate that is where pierre gririin took the two women, pulled the gun and threatened them with the intent of stealing alexandra king's car. whether that same gun is used in their killings is not stated. a .38 caliber gun was found. three spent shell cases inside. johnson's body was found in pisgah view apartments. part of the indictments includes a charge of unlawfully placing their bodies in the river. griffin is now officially charged with that felony as well. there will be a administrative hearing at the end of this month.

karen, they say this is happening too fast. >> karen: right, they do. statee employers say they found out about the changes yesterday. changes that are expected to be voted on friday. of the nearly 700,000 state employees and retirees that would be affected, about 1,000 work for haywood county schools. >> that is troubling that we're receiving information on monday, and they're going to take a vote on friday to determine what is going to happen to our health benefits. >> karen: mull over the thick pact of recommendations from the state health board of trustees. it includes a recommendation to drop coverage for spouses forcing them to seek health insurance elsewhere. >> that would be devastating, actually, for a lot of our families. >> karen: the proposal would completely eliminate the popular 80/20 plan.
