crisis in flint, michigan. >> welcome back at 12:30. some of us under a flood warning. what can we expect? >> we have seen a lot of rain fall across much of the region. i want to widen out this radar shot to share, it looks like from virginia all the way down to south carolina and ynd, we are seeing that line of showers pulling towards charlotte and greensboro. in asheville, still seeing showers in the southern portion of the county. brevard starting to pull away with showers. still seeing the rain in henderson county. the darker the green the heavier the rain. a lot of light green now. in burnsville, spruce pine and newland continuing to see light rain to moderate rain fall.

until 1:30, we are starting to see the the breaks in the green. we'll see showers diminish. that's good news because we have seen a lot of rain already. will we see severe storms? the chance is there for thunderstorms thunderstorms. the marginal risk is now out of our viewing area. how much rain has fallen? in some location, an inch elsewhere. this model picking up three inches of rain. flash flood watch until this evening, from avery to buncombe to transylvania and henderson. we are under a flash flood warning until 1:45 for transylvania to henderson. until late afternoon for our northern mountainsmountains. if you live neaear rivers, they are still high.

is not quite as bad as it was this morning when i was showing this picture. 67 degrees. there is a flood warning out for french broad at bland tire. this is out towards the country. where the farm lands are likely flooded. it will continue to get worse. we are there through the afternoon tomorrow. then it will continue to recede. we are not out of the woods yet. we had a lot of snow melt, of course, over the last week. that's why we are seeing this issue back in western north carolina, all the flooding. three mile visibility in asheville. still the fog is lingering around, down to the upstate, down to six miles, greenwood below one mile visibility. at the asheville airport, look at this, two inches of rain since midnight. 59 in asheville.
